    "would never stay again or use this website to find a nice hotel again. very disappointed." (107707053)

    The staff were friendly and helpful

    after the staff at reception not registering our room key properly we thought things would get better but,the room was very basic and very claustaphobic. the breakfast was awful and not value for money. The noise outside kept us up all night so went back home after what was meant to be a relaxing night,even more tired.

    hotel très bien situé. Idéal pour visiter dublin entièrement à pied. A quelques minutes seulement des bus pour l'aéroport et du DART pour découvrir la cote. petit déjeuner copieux - chambre agréable et calme

    The hotel provided what it said it would; staff courteous and helpful.

    None specific to this hotel. All inner city hotels are subject to noise on the outside and guests arriving back in the early hours, sometimes the worse for wear. There were no problems on this occasion.

    the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We found it very good that we were able to leave our luggage in a secure room prior to check in time and that we aere also allowed to keave it in the secure roon after checking out.

    I would not say my points were bad as such .However, the rooms at the front were noisy if booking again I would request a room at the back and the room was small but was fine for a night, I wouldn't stay in the hotel if I was staying more than a few nights

    El hotel posee aparcamiento privado una gran ventaja para estar en el centro casi de Dublin si se va con coche propio o coche de alquiler.

    Las camas, Son de muelles tendrian que pensar en revisar los colchones un poco.

    Excellent location!!!

    The room booked was a twin but due to small size the beds were very close together. Overall, the room had everything needed by was tiny.

    "Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. At all times it was service with a smile. When the in-room safe did not work they did everything they could to try to fix it. Then, when they still could not get it to work, they happily offered to keep our valuables in separate envelopes in the hotel safe. When we unexpectedly needed an overnight laundry service, they offered the service without being asked, which on this occasion was very welcome. Accomodation was very clean and rooms were large enough to accomodate four adults in single beds in comfort." (3305319049)

    Good location - easy to get to attractions, easy to get from/to airport

    Small room (my big husband ended up woth bruises from catching his legs on the bed), uncomfortable bed, small shower room, hotel looked 'tired' generally.

    "It was very good value for money and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the night porter. Price did not include breakfast which was good as you were not paying for something that you did not want but it was available. I would stay there again." (99135355)

    "This was an important weekend with brothers ans sisters visiting relatives in and around the Dublin area, The availability of mini bus hire and bookable restuarants with quality food and local music for a large group in advance would have ben very useful. Thankfully the reception staff and manager had a considerable amount of information and saved the day." (3305004222)

    Location in City centre. Good access to transport, Airport shuttle, City tours and trams, Friendly and helpfull staff, Reception excellent. breakfast one of the bestI have had for a long time, well cooked, service staff polite and cheerfull.

    The entrance uninviting, had to check there was a hotel sign above the door.

    "Hotel was good value for money with a clean and comfortable room. The room was small and street noise was evident (as you might expect from a city cntre location). Staff were helpful and courteous and check in/out was efficient and trouble free. Location of the hotel was excellent for access to buses, bars, restaurants and shops - ideal for the tourist using public transport. 5Euro bus ride from airport to O connell Street just 200 yards away made the location even more convenient. A goos stay and one I would recommend to anyone on a short budget trip to see the sights in Dublin." (3305350569)

    Warm and efficient reception. Room a little small and susceptible to street noise but clean and comfortable. Central location with access to buses, shops, bars and restaurants. Free daily newspapers and multi channel TV were most welcome.Fair value for money for city centre accommodation.

    Breakfast was a little excpensive especially with so much competition at cheaper prices nearby. Hot water was limited if showering was left until after 10 .00 a.m. Slow lift. All unconsequential drawbacks in our view.

    It was in a good position for all bus routes and getting around Dublin.

    Our room was at the front of the Hotel and it was very noisy at night and early hours of the morning. Could do with better double glazing at window.

    "We found ourselves always walking towards O'Connell street to find things, and that worked well, but we should have turned left out the door sooner to see what was in that direction before the last night of our stay." (3305061538)

    This is a perfectly adequate hotel in a very convenient location. Down the street toward O'Connell street there is a great place for breakfast called the Earl, the pub next door called Madigan's was good. It's great that they had Internet access in the hotel, but it is much cheaper at any one of the internet cafes on every block in this town.

    Nothing, it was great.

    "I stayed at the hotel with my young daughter (aged 12) while we were attending a concert at the RDS. We found the central location of the hotel excellent, although we almost walked past the hotel itself as it is not that well signposted. The staff were extrememly helpful and friendly.     "Hotel was in a central location, as expected. The room was small but ideal - very clean and with good facilities. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff were very helpful and friendly. Virtually impossible to sleep however as it sounded as though the continuous traffic and shouting in the street were in the room with us - very loud.     Unbleievably noisy at night (from outside). Deafening at times. Would not stay in room at front of hotel again becuase of this.

    "When booking the room I did ask for a quite room and this wasn't adhered to. So my daughter and myself didn't get much sleep. As it was noisey outside and inside with late night revellers.     The accommodation was spotless and adequate and was very central for the city.

    It was very noisey from outside noise and inside people coming in the early hours and banging doors and shouting.
