  The gentleman on the reception on our return journey was extremely helpful and friendly.

  We booked an apartment at this hotel, not realising that the apartment is in another building attached to the hotel and in the middle of a housing complex where there were lots of teenagers running about and coming in and out of the apartment block. We did complaint and they tried to move the youths away, but when they actually live there, they couldn't do a lot about it. Too noisy. For our return journey I requested a room in the main hotel and we were given 2 double rooms at an extra 20 Euros. The rooms were clean and well presented, although we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. No dinner or meal facilities available, although there is a good Chinese restaurant opposite. Breakfast was avarage. The hotel is a 50 Euro return taxi ride into Bergamo.If I had known how far outside Bergamo it was I wouldn't have booked it and gone for something closer to the old town of Bergamo.
