    calme, propre. la présence d'une personne à l'accueil durant toute la nuit, ce qui permet de rentrer à l'hotel à n'importe quelle heure.

    Experience in the Kyriad in Bergerac was good. We particularly enjoyed the food. Experience in the Kyriad in Grenoble Sud was just adequate.

    Both Bergerac and Grenoble internet wireless service was poor. The service in Grenoble was so bad that I gave up trying to use my computer there. Also the room we got in Kyriad Grenoble sud smelt of urine. Breakfast in Grenoble was also very poor, both in choice and in quality. (We didn't have breakfast In Bergerac, so I cannot comment on its quality.)

    Easy to get to from airport. Easy Parking. Reasonable price. Clean. Decent.

    Given a disabled room for first night which was s maller in some aspects because of exrta space neede for wheel chair access. Restaurant reasonable price but food average quality

    "We all enjoyed our stay. It would have been benifcial if there was a bus time table at the hotel for people who needed public transport to get around. Fresh milk would have been a bonus." (97278451)

    Room was clean and adequately furnished. The food was of good quality. Swimming pool was an added bonus. It was very near the hypermarket which had a fantastically good restuarant

    Tea and coffee was not complete. I had to buy some. I also had to buy some decent size cups. The pool was over looked by the restuarant which could be intrusive at times and I didn't use it as much as I would of liked for that reason.

    "The Hotel is situated approximately 5 to 10 min. travel time from the airport by car and 10 min from the center of Bergerac.This give great access to the Dordogne valley from Bordeaux to Sarlat" (97623278)

    The room was clean and serviced efficently throughout our stay.The staff were extremely helpfull at all times. The food particularily in the evenings was exceptional and I would highly recommend

    "The hotel seems to cater to the business traveler and this made it very suitable for us as well. We did find that, when dining, it is best to choose the entree or dessert buffet (not both) to keep the food price reasonable. The breakfast bar is excellent and this is the only place where we've been able to boil our own two-minute egg. The complementary computer station for E-mail/web is a plus as is the location just outside Bergerac if one is planning area sight-seeing as we were." (97182567)

    A most comfortable hotel and setting. We enjoyed the ground level and over all accommodations, close and free parking, the patio area and the restaurant for our evening meals.

    "The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the room was quiet and comfortable providing everything you'd need for a pleasant break. The staff were very welcoming and helpful to virtually non-french speaking guests. Parking facilities were excellent, security scanned day and night. The buffet breakfast was very good for both what was on offer and for value and the convenience of the option to eat at the restaurant at lunch time and for dinner in the evening was useful.     It was convenient and suited us very well.

    We found the hotel very pleasant and clean, the swimming pool was very welcome on a hot night. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The venue was easy to find and we would recommend it to anyone.

    We thought the room was laid out very well indeed and although we only stayed one night we would have been very happy there for a longer stay. The Kyriad restaurant is very good and we had a wonderful last evening meal there before returning home to England the next day. We thought at first that we would have to travel into Bergerac for a meal, but there was no need at all, lovely food at a reasonable price! We were both very pleased with our one night visit, it was lovely to draw over the shutter and sleep peacefully until breakfast time.

    Our only slight query is why was only decaffinated coffee provided in the room? A little more choice of drinks would have been nice, but it did not spoil out stay at all.

    "we were happy with our stay, although i didnt realize the hotel was so near the road. the bathroom was very clean and there was a lot of space for our stuff. maybe a double room without bunk beds would have been better for us, as we dont have children, and the room was a bit squashed. i would recommend Kyriad and would definately return if i was flying to bergerac again."     nothing about the room itself, but there was a rave going on that night so we didnt sleep so well because of the noise

    "The room provided was very small,(ideal for one person) with an opening glazed door to the pool area. This was totally insecure for ventilation. The wardrobe was too small for two people and there was very little drawer space . On reflection I appreciate that this hotel's primary function is commercial but I think more information on the suitability of family friendly rooms should be available at the booking stage. The staff and quality of the food were excellent and despite my critisism of the room, my wife and I had a great break and would not hesitate to stay there again." (99550744)

    For a five night stay, in the unusual heatwave, we would have been better served with a first floor room so that we could open a window at night.

    The room was kept clean and tidy by the hotel staff

    Compared to our friends room ours (No7) was rather small and you had to run the water for at least 3 or 4 minutes to get hot water.
