    "Satisfactory." (108229698)

    Staff were helpful when I pointed out the My husband, my 12 yr old daughter and I could not sleep on a single bed. The Internet reservation system did not allow for me to pre-select the appropriate room, so when we arrived, staff promply gave us a more suitable room.

    The internet system that I used did not allow for attempting to obtain a room for two adults and a child.

    Clean room with air-con, plesant and efficent staff.

    small bar considering size of hotel, with an event at Wembley difficult to get served as couldnt get to bar. Usual high prices when an event on at stadium

    Food was cold, had to ask for our meals to be re-heated. Bar staff would not serve me a coffee in the bar on return from venue at 11.45pm

    Coaches with engines running from early morning for no reason. Three radiators in room running at full blast on arrival. shower did not work.

    "Too expensive for a very dated hotel." (108201824)

    When we arrived, although the details had said free parking, the car park attendant tried to turn us away saying there was no parking. We ended up parking in the bin store! We were also required to pay the full amount on arrival - surely you pay at the end of your stay not the beginning. We specifically requested that we pay by cash but although our card was swiped the Duty Manager denied all knowledge of our conversation that we wished to pay by cash and said there would be a 3 day block on the card.

    Location to Wembley Stadium...Size of room

    Price seemed very expensive but was willing to pay it to be close to Wembley Stadium..disappointed by lack of tv channels/ flat-screen tv (no freeview).Found bed to be very hard,low and uncomfortable. Poor value for money compared to less expensive hotels like Premier Inn where the rooms seem so much more comfortable and better value and have freeview on tv!

    Great location for Wembley Stadium, only a few minutes walk away.

    The decor of the hotel and bedrooms were quite tired considering how much we paid for 1 night! The windows in the rooms were of poor quality and we did not get very much sleep as we were staying in a room over looking a very busy road.

    "Basically, we spent no time in the hotel at all apart from sleeping there. We didn't eat there, or drink in the bar. It was just a bed, which was a good job because I wouldn't have wanted to spend any more time in our room." (107527450)

    The closeness to Wembley Stadium which is where our gig was. Adequate car parking which was free. Lots of extra pillows. Our room was just off reception (a ground floor disabled room) through a door from the lounge area and we thought it would be noisy, but infact we didn't hear a single noise all night. The reception staff were polite.

    The room was extremely old fashioned and basic. The net curtains were very old and the actual curtains were filty with marks on them that looked like blood! There was ceiling paper peeling off in the bathroom. The window didn't seem very secure at all (the handle was about to fall off) and being on the ground floor right next to the car park it was a bit of a worry. The room cost us £169 which is way more than we usually pay for hotels when we go to gigs, but I thought that this would be because it was London - however, overhearing another couple check out, we heard that their room was only £95, so we couldn't understand why our poor room had cost us so much.

    Very good size room and excellent location for Wembley Stadium

    Room was clearly a smoking room previously and you could still smell smoke on the fixtures and fittings. My bed clothes even smelt smoky and stale. Also the shower was very poor and my husband and I had great difficulty in adjusting the temperature. The water was boiling hot and in the end we both had to have a bath instead, which wasn't ideal when washing our hair.

    Restaurant opened till late

    The bed was so awful that you could feel all the springs, and was so hard that we were unable to sleep and gave us very bad back pain. The shower barely gave out any water, and so it was so hard to wash our hair with. The TV remote control did not work, and the TV did not work well. For a bedroom that was intended for two persons, there could have been a 2nd chair to go with the round table in the room.

    Hotel and room were newly refurbished and size of beds in twin room were great

    Only concern was the window in the room which opened wide with no safety catch and we were on the 7th floor

    Location excellent for Wembley Stadium & tube station WHen room booking extension was discovered they did offer us a room

    Rooms very basic Had extended my booking via the telephone to an extra night but when arrived there was no record of the extension to the booking. ALso was promised that cooked breakfast would be included but wasn't

    "Overall we paid for location, but compared to other budget hotels it was poor value for money and about £100 over priced for the standard of hotel. I have stayed in other city centre hotels for less money, that were much better." (107970677)

    Staff were friendly and helpful

    Cleanliness coould have been improved. Our room lacked a kettle when we arrived. The TV had variable sound/picute quality and some channels had no sound. Decor was old and dated - floor boards in our room were loose. We were woken up at 6am by the noise from what I think was the pipework in the hotel, it was definitely an internal noise, not external (that was at 4am!).

    Very close to the event Wembley, easy to find, good parking, staff good.

    Non really, approx £200 for two people is not too bad really for London, then again I would have paid that per ticket to see AC/DC so all in all a good hotel and an even bestter concert.

    staff were very polite even when we set the fire alarm off with the steam from the shower, So may be a sign to tell guests of this problem would help

    Good value.

    Staff refused to check my son and in until after 14:00 even though we arrived early from Germany, had and needed a sleep. We were there for the FA cup and so to refuse to check anyone in before 14:00 meant that people had to leave bags etc and check in after the game which is crazy. If they had checked people in as and when the rooms became available then there would have been a lot less stress all round. I am in a hotel at least once a week and I have never been prevented from checking in early if a room was avaiable.

    Close Location to Wembley Area for Concerts.

    Breakfasts very expensive for what they are. Tea and coffee in rooms very tight and milk was off. Was dissapointed that other people who stayed for the same reason got their rooms a lot cheaper I payed £135 for night and several others only payed £88.

    "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Hotel Wembley. If I am going to another concert at Wembley Arena I would definitely choose the quality hotel again. It is very well placed for both the arena and the stadium. Pleasant staff, lovely room and excellent quality. " (107711401)

    Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, room was lovely and ready for us when we arrived. Food was excellent and a good price.

    Manageress excellent all staff very friendly and helpfull.Bedroom excellent evening meal very good we felt very comfortable in the hotel.We had disable parking for the two days.Although there was four sets of football fans there on the two days there was no trouble and very quiet at night.

    The television in the room was very poor for a quality hotel no ITV.1 The arrangement for breakfast and the food was ok but no napkins available.

    Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy room and comfortable beds. Excellently situated when attending events at Wembley Stadium or Arena (2 minutes walk from the Hotel).

    No bad points at all really. If I was being picky the safe did not work, it had been locked previously and we were unable to use it.

    Bar service was very good and friendly

    My husband and me got lost from each other in the evening, he had fallen down some stairs in Wembley Arena and was in a lot of pain, reception would not let him gain access to our room although he stated the room number and the name it was booked in

    Found out the Taxi driver had to pay 20pund to the hotel when driving me to the airport. I had to pay 45 pound to the driver. The hotel allmost doubles the price...
