    "The incident mentioned in the summary of bad points left us very disappointed with an otherwise excellent trip. We now have a poor view of Parisians as we found them to be entirely unhelpful and we felt that we were treated with contempt for not being native and for not being able to converse in french to a native standard."     Room was very small(much smaller than indicated on the website) but the price was reasonable and the location was conveniant for lots of sites.

    The staff failed to inform of us of a nationwide workers strike on the morning of our departure. This, in my view, is a simple courtesy which should be passed on to guests and customers to assist them in their travels. We missed our flight as aresult of this and had to pay extra for later flight. I f we had known about the strike we would have taken a taxi to the airport insted of the train.

    "I was extreemly upset with the service and never was able to get in contact with the hotel manager.The hotel itself is nice,Clean and breakfast is ok.Unfortunately the employees are a nightmare!!! " (107882198)

    Hotel was located in a central part of Paris

    Very unfriendly at the reception and was given the wrong room key every time!!Wanted to check out at night as I had to wake up early but the night porter said it was not possable??I am a hotelier myself and was shocked with the service I got from this hotel.

    Excellent location. Yhe gront desk people were extremely helpful and accomodating. They were also very helpful in arranging for us to see a doctor when our son was sick.

    Good size room + v good bathroom but unfortunately the ceiling in the bathroom leaked + bathroom flooded so we had to move rooms

    Lighting - rooms too dark use duvets instead of blankets
