    Room was decorated to a very high standard - very clean and neat. The breakfast was very good and nice to see "branded" goods and not a container with cereal etc in. The owner was very generous in allowing us to bring our Grandchildren although this was a Chiid free hotel - They are however aged 12 and 10. She made us very welcome

    The only down side was the showering facilites - the bathroom in room 9 was old and the plumbing was not good - over the bath shower was just a shower attachment and the valve to get the hot water did not remain accurate. Hot and then very cold. This however was the only dissapointment

    "This B&B doesn't serve dinner, and the town is poor in restaurants. Go round the corner for a takeaway or get a cab to the Cinammon Lounge (indian restaurant)in Abegele Road which is the best I could find. Don't walk around town if you are on your own in the evening if you don't want to be verbally abused by teenagers who find it amusing to threaten tourists." (107333117)

    it was a lovely homely type of hotel/guest house. the room was very nice and clean. the bed was good. there was hot water for a bath or shower and tea making facilities. i didnt get up for breakfast but my boyfriend said it was very nice.

    Although the proprietor was away during our stay, the couple in charge made us very welcome and ensured we we cosy,warm and well fed during the recent very cold and snowy time. We will use this this establishment again.

    Very welcoming owner, comfortable room, amazing bathroom, great breakfast.

    Desk with appropriate chair would have been preferable to dressing table especially as travelling on business. TV could have been more modern - remote didn't seem to work.

    Good efficient booking and check-in. Good size room. Cleanliness of sheets and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Warm, friendly staff.

    Shower too feeble. Noise of t.v. next door too loud and prevented us from getting asleep till much later than we would have liked.

    We were made to feel so welcome, it was a pleasure to arrive!! Everything was good and the children were welcome too. All bathroom facilities were brand new, no mould on tiles etc!
