    It was a really nice room, it was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect.

    "We did not have time to find another hotel so made up our mind to just grin and bare our one night stay.I feel more attention should be given to cleaning and getting rooms up to standard the kitchen and dining area also need to be brought up to standard food and hygiene issues are rife in this area."     The sheets on the bed had black hairs on them and looked very grubby, towels were also grubby.

    Room cleaned thoroughly every day. Clean and well kept toilet and shower. Hot water on demand for shower. Clean comfortable bed. Fresh linen. Good electric heater, kettle and TV in room. Toiletries and a range of towels provided. All consumables in room replaced every day (tea, milk, toiletries, toilet tissue). Well cooked and filling English breakfast. Good coffee. Eggs cooked to order as you like them. Bowl of boiled wrapped sweets for guests to take as they pleased. Kettle with Tea / Coffee sachets available in lounge. Good location. Quiet, attractive neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common Tube stations. Lots of local ameneties with a good range of restaurants. 15 Minute walk from Clayponds Hospital.

    Walls to next room a bit thin. Doors and floor in hallway very squeeky. May wake you if you are a light sleeper and other guests on your floor come back late. Carpet in my room needed replacing. Felt sticky under foot. Wardrobe smelled, so I used a chair to keep my clothes on instead. Slight smell of damp in my room which was negated by leaving window open to air the room whilst I was out. Would have liked the option at breakfast to replace sausage with another rasher of bacon.

    This is more of a hostel than a hotel. Miserable staff, drum & base playing in reception.

    Clean, warm room, with comfortable beds (and no lack of pillows). Amenities all present and functional.

    Breakfast was OK and the area the hotel was in was also OK.

    The room was very poorly equipped and only very basic. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were more creased than any others we have ever seen anywhere. We only hoped that nobody else had previously slept in them. Also there were crumbs on the carpet and biscuits were not even supplied in the room. We would certainly never recommend this hotel to anybody.

    Owner, who we saw once briefly, friendly & helpful. Excellent pub 10 minutes walk away

    decor dated & tired. Surly uncommunicative, unhelpful staff on arrival. Small portable tv with indoor aerial receiving one channel. vehicle parking next to the window, woken several times by guests vehicles coming & going throughout the night.

    the walls were too thin and the neighbours were too loud, i could not get decent shut eye. The bed sheets loked dirty and the towels looked very worn and unclean. The carpets also looked dirty.

    The staff was friendly and efficient.

    The hotel is in great need of tender loving care. It is a rather depressing environment with very shabby bathroom, beds and carpets.

    that it was value for money! very clean, warm and loved the power shower.

    the breakfast could be more generous with the beans!! literally i was given a tabble spoon! considering that i didn't have any pork, i think extra beans should be standard! at least 3 tbsp. otherwise fine.

    We did not like the standard of the accommodation provided. There was no reception area and the level of cleanliness was appalling generally and particularly in the room provided.

    Friendly staff. Location was convenient, good breakfast.

    All the floor boards squeek terribly. The bed was atrocious. It squeked really loudly no matter how little one moved. Breakfast was cooked and served by one person for the whole dining room which was really slow. (But she was extremely pleasant)

    The hotel was like something from a comedy sketch and there wasn't really anything that I could say we liked about the accommodation.

    Hotel was noisy - have never heard such creaky floorboards, rooms weren't clean or up to a standard I would have chosen, mould in shower cubicle, grubby towels, very small, wardrobes with handles missing

    Hotel is in need of a good clean & paint. The whole place is tired. Parking is a major problem. You can park out front but the curb that you have to mount is about five inches high. Watch out for damage to the front of your car.

    The lady on reception was very helpful. The room I stayed in was roomy and light. The shower was powerful and great! The over all feel and decor of the hotel was very nice. It was great having an ensuite bathroom.

    The people staying in the room next door were noisy and irresponsible and disturbed my sleep. I had to knock on their door at 11.10pm Saturday night and politely ask them to be quiet. The smell of cigarette smoke in my room (probably filtering from next door).

    I stayed in room 7 . The floor boards creaked loudly when walked on. The bed is very old and creaked very badly. The next door room floor boards creaked so loudly i thought someone was in the room. The next door occupant came in at 4am and the creaking boards were atrocious. Wouldn`t stay there again. Also on arrival I rang the door bell and no reply at 10pm arrival. Eventually phoned and got a response.

    "The room was dingy with stains on furnishings. The wallpaper was very old and stained in places. The radiators barely put out any heat and one of the beds was jammed against a radiator blocking what lttle warmth there was. There were no spare blankets and so we were cold all night.     "It was far from both Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway tube stations and from any bus stop. My general review is that I will not be staying there again. I got much better value for only " (3305303904)

    The room was cramped and the furniture poor.The TV had no proper aerial. The bathroom had a window facing the road, but no substantial curtain todraw across it. The service was sullen and there were insufficient tables for breakfast, but a large guest loung which no-one used. It would be better to convert it into a dining room.
