    Lovely welcome when arrived, shown to our room. Courteous and good service. Helpful when trying to find a location (to meet my son); she (sorry didnt take name) looked online for me.

    Floorboards! Few more towel rails in room 9 & maybe a tray to put tea/coffee making items on - unless this is because people pinch the trays?!

    "Excellent value for money but ear plugs for night-time recommended" (108763115)

    Excellent service and friendly modest welcome by young Australian lady RP. Relaxed breakfast in very clean,homely setting and I feel the other guests agree. Guest house is easy to reach from Ealing Broadway train station yet in quiet area.

    Very thin walls between rooms 5 and 6 (in fact I suspect triplex walls). I could hear every whisper from my neighbour. Fortunately all guests were in their 40s-50s and went to bed around 2300 with no television on.

    Nicht weit weg vom Stadion

    -Schlechtestes Hotel je gesehen -Dreckig wo's nur geht -"Frühstück" nur von 7-9 bzw. 9.30 (warscheinlich um Lebensmittel zu sparen!) -nie wieder, auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!!

    Member of staff that I met, very helpful, room was basic but clean (which was all it needed to be).

    The parking issue was not explained to me. I was not told that if I parked out on the street, that unless I moved my car by a certain time, I would get a £50 parking fine, which is the case. This has moderated what would have been a good overall experience, to a fair one.

    It was a really nice room, it was comfortable, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect.

    Was clean

    Hotel was rather dingy. Furnishings in room old worn. Thin walls and creaky floors meant noises easily heard.

    "Pleasantly surprised. Whilst it has a 'lived in' look and in need of a bit of love here and there, it was very good value for the money. Would definitely stay again." (107136445)

    Room cleaned thoroughly every day. Clean and well kept toilet and shower. Hot water on demand for shower. Clean comfortable bed. Fresh linen. Good electric heater, kettle and TV in room. Toiletries and a range of towels provided. All consumables in room replaced every day (tea, milk, toiletries, toilet tissue). Well cooked and filling English breakfast. Good coffee. Eggs cooked to order as you like them. Bowl of boiled wrapped sweets for guests to take as they pleased. Kettle with Tea / Coffee sachets available in lounge. Good location. Quiet, attractive neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common Tube stations. Lots of local ameneties with a good range of restaurants. 15 Minute walk from Clayponds Hospital.

    Walls to next room a bit thin. Doors and floor in hallway very squeeky. May wake you if you are a light sleeper and other guests on your floor come back late. Carpet in my room needed replacing. Felt sticky under foot. Wardrobe smelled, so I used a chair to keep my clothes on instead. Slight smell of damp in my room which was negated by leaving window open to air the room whilst I was out. Would have liked the option at breakfast to replace sausage with another rasher of bacon.

    Clean, warm room, with comfortable beds (and no lack of pillows). Amenities all present and functional.

    Breakfast was OK and the area the hotel was in was also OK.

    The room was very poorly equipped and only very basic. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were more creased than any others we have ever seen anywhere. We only hoped that nobody else had previously slept in them. Also there were crumbs on the carpet and biscuits were not even supplied in the room. We would certainly never recommend this hotel to anybody.

    The room was small, dark and grim. Staff were unfriendly. Atmosphere was that of a hostel, not a hotel.

    the walls were too thin and the neighbours were too loud, i could not get decent shut eye. The bed sheets loked dirty and the towels looked very worn and unclean. The carpets also looked dirty.

    The mattress in the room that we were assigned was in poor condition, causing discomfort during sleep. The toilets were functional, but appearances could have been improved.

    "We did not have time to find another hotel so made up our mind to just grin and bare our one night stay.I feel more attention should be given to cleaning and getting rooms up to standard the kitchen and dining area also need to be brought up to standard food and hygiene issues are rife in this area."     The sheets on the bed had black hairs on them and looked very grubby, towels were also grubby.
