    Friendly staff and lovely breakfast

    Basin in room and bathroom had severe crack. Generally bathroom facilities need upgrading, decorations a little tired in the room.

    Friendly welcome; windows open; extra blankets easily accessible; good breakfast and friendly service; nice shower gel and handwash provided; desk and chair; good lighting for reading; comfortable bed.

    Noisy doors and TV from other rooms as walls thin.....but I expect you get that anywhere.

    Very quiet hotel. Breakfast is great and very friendly staff, always with a smile on their face. I highly recommand.

    I was suprised to arrive at the hotel believing I had already paid having given all my details - only to find that was not the case.

    "Inexpensive but there are a few small improvements which would make this B&B a great deal better." (107710194)

    Good sized room. Quiet and airy. Staff friendly, work very hard and try hard to please. Breakfast selection good.

    Bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) extremely small with aging fixtures. Was unable to access WiFi. Got signal but security code did not work on my computer.

    For the price range the place was quite adequate; very much enjoyed talking with the woman who managed the hotel; she was very helpful with baggage storage since we were staying only one night enroute to Heathrow.

    A noisy conversation on the street below maround 3AM went on for a disturbing 15 minutes.

    The hotel is in an ideal area and has easy access to many facilities as well as the central line from Ealing Broadway (5-10min walk). Small but sufficient off road parking with small but clean and serviceable room (double on suite), the Breakfast provided was not the best I’ve ever had but would at least be in the top ten. The price is the real high point of the hotel as if you are looking for a place to stay on a budget in London you could do far worse than this.

    Not so many bad points when they are compared to the price. the room was small but we were not climbing over each other to get at things. Slightly noisy at night (as we were opposite the general toilet and bathroom) but comfy beds.

    "I really only needed a bed for the night while attending a sporting event. For this the Hotel was fine, as were the amenities close by i.e. pubs, restaurants, public transport, etc." (107137707)

    Able to check in easily and on time. Plenty of advice and literature available about local attractions.

    Room was small, even for a single, and I ended up sitting right in front of the TV to watch it, (like you would a small laptop!), as it could not be viewed from the bed - No great hardship though.

    Free tea/coffee in nice lounge area. Free car parking.Very conveniently situated re tube station/shops/places to eat

    Bathroom/shower tiny. Breakfast bacon and eggs had been standing around and dried up.

    Everything worked very smoothly. Staff friendly and welcoming. Place nicely decorated, clean and well appointed. Access to pleasant garden, nice communal sitting area with plenty of local information and reading matter.

    Not really bad but room for small improvements: cooked breakfast a bit 'tough' and window hinge needs repair.

    Just a 10 minute walk away from Ealing Broadway shops and facilities and Station. Convenient for trips to Central London and Heath Row.

    I have stayed at this hotel several times over as many years. It is about time that they gave it a lick of paint and updated some of the facilities in the bedrooms. However, by a long way the main bad point was the surly / rude behaviour of the manageress. Normally the staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming.However, this woman was the total opposite. I only stayed one night, but over breakfast next morning I heard other guests say that they would never stay there again because of her attitude.Her mood may been due to the fact that she seemed to be the only person working in the hotel ie she had to prepare and serve the breakfasts and do everything else, whereas on prior visits there have been 2 or 3 persons working there. Still she could have done a lot better re. her way of talking to the hotel guests.
