    This hotel is very clean.It is ideally placed for the centre of Aberdeen town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I am disabled and they were very helpful to my needs.

    very warm welcome on arrival especially for our small yorkshire terrier who was joining us for the overnight stay. The hotel was excellent is every aspect so much so we are staying again next month and the month after!

    We were impressed that staff managed to check us in ahead of time. We had been en route since 5 am and were very grateful.

    On the second day, we were only left with two towels instead of three.

    Convenient central location. Friendly helpful staff.Good basic but comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

    4th floor rooms were too warm but staff kindly let us borrow a fan.

    Pleasant staff.

    Would have been better to have some disposable toiletries in the room rather than having to ask at reception. Parking. Limited spaces and the free car park nearby is now pay and display despite saying free outside, although that is outwith your control.

    Clean and tidy, modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent, well presented, plentiful and well organised.

    Small problem with the plug in the sink - 2 minute job for handyman to fix.

    Clean, easy check-in and check-out and friendly staff.

    Some guests were running around the corridors, knocking on people's doors, waking them up and causing disruptions until after 3.00 am.

    Rooms clean and well equipped. Sofabeds comfortable to sit on. Lounge areas pleasant. Continental buffet breakfast. Proximity to Union St.

    Avoid room overlooking all night bakery on a weekend as can be noisy with late night revellers (but room directly across corridor was very quiet). Coffee from machine at breakfast was very weak.

    excellant hotel.

    Had to have the room changed, had requested 1st floor for medical reasons but ended up on 2nd. Relocated at my request. This should not have happened as it was a clear request and marked on the booking form.

    very nice hotel for the price, good facilities, nice breakfast

    the bar closed at 1am on a saturday night. (there was no information stating this that we could see) we came back to have a night cap and were told that it was not possible. We asked for a room service drink and was told that was not possible!!!! Also the breakfast was like pandemonium in the morning. very small space to collect the breakfast in and lots of banging into etc (not the best when there are various hot implements on the go. eg toasters, coffee machines etc)

    we found the hotel to be excellent value for our money. the bedroom was spotless, as was the toilet fascilities. all the fittings were in very good order. the hotel is ideally situated in the town centre.

    if your hotel had any bad points i didn't find them.

    Clean room, friendly and helpful staff too.

    No air conditioning in roon with window only being able to be opened slightly, we were so hot and was quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

    Were able to check in early AND the baby crib/pen was already set-up for us. Last minute reservation was a great price. Very clean and up-to-date. Very impressive Continental Breakfast (not your typical 'pass through' with a stale roll and bad coffee....instead - tons to choose from and a large dining area to enjoy it in)

    Absoluetly none.

    Hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly

    The inadequate sound-proofing meant that noise from the outside street could be heard until 5am Sunday morning (every person walking past, every laugh, shout even talking). To make matters worse after a disturbed nights sleep the seagulls started at 6am and could be heard for the next couple of hours

    We liked the location just off Union St. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the building. we liked the design of the shower room/toilet especially and the breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was very good. I thought the mattress too soft but i slept very well with no ill effects from the soft mattress.

    Although off Union St it is close to a taxi rank and there was a lot of noise at pub closing time. Bedroom doors could be better insulated - got woken at 3am by some idiot on a mobile phone going to her room. She was so loud she didnt need a mobile. So better insulated doors would help.

    nice relaxing couple of nights with easy access to city centre

    the room was next to street oposite busy bakers shop open until 4 am too much noise on saturday nights
