    receptionist's acting, room was nice and clean, breakfast was good

    I did not like that we had to come to our room as late as two o'clock in the afternoon.

    I've stayed in this hotel before and the staff are lovely, and it's in a very convenient location. The addition of fridges in the rooms is very useful for longer stays.

    The only available single room was in the basement and the window was obscured by a wall. Hence rather a depressing and gloomy place to stay, though for one night it was bearable.

    las toallas estaban limpias y el hotel muy bien ubicado

    Para empezar los recepcionistas que eran muy secos y siguiendo por las habitaciones deberian hacer una reforma los cables les tenian colgando,las cortinas estaban sucisimas,las paredes estaban muy sobadas,utilizamos un vaso y no nos lo cambiaron en 4 dias y para colmo salto la alarma de incendios a plena noche.de desayuno continental nada ponian 3 jarras una con leche fria,otra con zumo y otra con te un bol de choco crispis y otro de cornfles una bandeja cn chopped de hace una semana y queso y te llevaban una a la mesa una cesta con tostadas.la verdad esq recomendaria el hotel por la ubicacion pero para eso merece la pena seguir buscando por que el precio para las instalaciones q tienen tira a caro

    It is a good option for someone that wants to stay near to train and underground stations especially for a visitor that won't spend too much time inside the room but wants to visit London. Room was adequate, typical bed & breakfast type of hotel....

    great location; very affordable; clean; couldn't check in early, but they had a luggage room to store our baggage (not secure but we didn't have any problems); decent breakfast (not fancy, but still good)

    phone # on hotel website and booking website invalid; window in my room opened onto the ground level, but there was no screen or bars to secure it, so didn't feel comfortable leaving it open overnight (not a big deal, but would have been nice to have fresh air)

    This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room we were in was very quiet. It had everything you needed, clean towels, tea and coffee facilities etc. The location was fine, within reasonable distance to the city centre, and the buses frequent.

    many: Breakfast was terrible! The hotel is simply to expensive compared to the standard. i stay at hotels all over the world. And this stay is one I tells about. The fee should be no higher than 50 pound a night - compared to the standard.

    Hotel situato in zona ottima rispetto al centro storico di Londra, vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana ed alla stazione dei treni King's Cross/St Pancras. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere ben pulite ed attrezzate dell'indispensabile per una clientela non troppo esigente (ideale per giovani coppie ed amici). Gli addetti al ricevimento sono davvero gentili e disponibili.

    Il ripostiglio per il deposito bagagli era davvero sporco, pieno di attrezzatura per muratori ed era accessibile a tutti... Sarebbe, a mio avviso, consigliabile un controllo più efficace quando si lasciano i bagagli prima del check in. Almeno essere sicuri che chi deposita i bagagli abbia realmente una prenotazione all'hotel ed esigere la carta d'identità per un controllo. Inoltre l'addetto al ricevimento potrebbe chiudere la porta a chiave e tenerla a disposizione dei clienti quando ne hanno bisogno. Questo rassicurerebbe di più gli ospiti! La stanza delle colazioni, inoltre, avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernizzazione ed equipaggiarla di tavolini da 2 persone visto la maggior parte della clientela é formata da coppie. Un'ultimo accenno ai piani: sarebbe ben apprezzabile avere ad ogni piano (se si sale per le scale, il N° del piano e il N° delle camere situate sullo stesso.

    Easy walking distance from Kings Cross tube station. Many restaurants and convenience shops in the area. Beds were comfortable.

    Hotel staff did not appear knowledgeable about area dining. Room window was not sealed on the outside (only the inner window closed) which meant lots of traffic and outside noise in the room.
