    Moquette fatiscente, coperte vecchie da buttare, manca il sostegno a muro al telefono della doccia, e la protezzione dell'acqua cosi il bagno si allaga tutto. Durante una delle notti nel garage situato all'ingresso a fianco alla recption e scattato un allarme di un auto per quattro volte.

    Access with a vehicle is impossible with contravening no entry signs. Driving through a pedestrian shopping precinct is the only way in which makes customers very unpopular with precinct usres.

    "The hotel was basic but clean, the location was fantastic, central to everything, the room tarrif was fair and reflected the 2* accomodation, the garage parking was excelent as we were 8 motorcycles. All in all it was an enjoyable 4 night stay." (99565128)

    La fonction de défilement des chaines (P+) de la télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Pas d'accès aux chaînes 11, 12, ... Lors de mon dernier séjour, la télé était sur le coté du lit => position inconfortable.

    "l'hôtel est TB situé, l'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel serviable et souriant. néanmoins, pour un hôtel logis de france, je m'attendais à une infrastructure plus luxueuse (sans tomber dans l'excès). dommage l'absence de mini-bar. on entend assez fort les bruits des chambres voisines, mais aucun bruit de circulation etc." (2385690)

    "For non-French speaking person, traveling in France is always a bit intimidating... my rule is always to first apologize for not speaking their language and only then asking for help. Here, the service staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. In my online reservation, I requested a quiet room far from the elevator and I could not have been more pleased with the location and silence. As I anticipate being back in Metz in the relatively near future, I will call ahead and ask for a room with a new bed and feather pillows! Doubtless they have such a room somewhere!" (2234152)
