    The staff was excellent. They were helpful in every way and knowledgeable about all the area sites.

    The bathrobes and towels were some of the scratchiest ever!

    No real problems encountered, thought £40 for breakfast was a bit too expensive.

    Single beds were of a good size, unfortunaltely the quilts for them were too small which led to a very uncomfortable night. Also the mattresses were very very uncomfortable which led to a restless nights sleep.

    Hôtel très agréable, très bien situé, personnel accueillant, petit-déjeuner superbe,chambres spacieuses et bien équipées (Mac pour la télé mais aussi pour MSN, pratique quand on a des ados ...).

    Les serveurs du petit-déjeuner viennent de toute la planète et leur accent n'est pas toujours facile à comprendre (surtout au réveil !)

    Clean stylish decor

    I was disappointed to hear from the taxi driver that the conceige had asked him for "coffee money" to take me from the hotel to Heathrow airport. This is unethical and it should be stopped.

    The online pictures do not do credit to the interior of the hotel or the facilities, very pleasently surprised when arriving at the hotel. Excellent reception area, excellent clean toilets and beautiful floral arrangements. Very helpful staff.

    nice relaxing hotel with excellent restaurant / bar and facilities.

    cigarette smoke smell within room periodically coming from air conditioning which really spoiled a nice room in a nice hotel.

    The hotel was excellent,

    the only disappointment was at breakfast we had to return our breakfast 3 times for myself and 4 times for my wife. And there wa no milk in the room

    "Excellent overall the Mac/sound issue spoilt the stay, dont know if the remote needed a new battery. " (108024042)

    It's so quiet,a lovely nights sleep, no beeping horns at night or bin lorries early in the morning.

    On the second morning of our stay we could not get the sound to work on the Mac, this was very frustrating - we did not call reception as we didnt want to be disturbed. As I have a bad back I would have appreciated a suitcase stand - I had to use the dressing table instead; this meant I didn't have a dressing area to put my jewllery and other girlie bits and pieces.

    "Great location, quiet area of Westminster but within walking distance of everything in central London. The i-macs with free internet access in every room is a nice touch. Check in/out staff were friendly & helpful. We didn't bother with breakfast tho' as it appeared a bit overpriced... but all in all I was mightily impressed. " (108034122)

    The hotel is at a very high standard. I stay a lot in hotels on business and was pleasantly surprised by your hotel. The staff were good and the room clean and I loved the apple PC

    My key card hadnt been activated properley at check in whic is annoying with luggage

    "This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I can recommend it as of a high standard, clean and modern with good attention to detail. It had everything you would expect and more - including a full range of toiletries, shower cap and sewing kit and a basket of items to purchase if you have forgotten any essentials (toothpaste, shoeshine etc). Also every room has a new iMac with free internet and you can borrow a DVD movie for free. I had a 3 course room service meal freshly prepared and very good quality. Staff were very helpful and attentive and overall it was good value for such a central location." (97344457)

    "Location was quiet, needed to travel by tube to eat/drink, though bar food for lunch was excellent. Would stay again, enjoyed the stay. Free champagne was lovely. Would have stayed for buffet lunch next day but noticed the price had gone up by £5 as it was Mother's Day. Great cocktail menu but pricey. Staff alomst 100% excellent." (97224515)

    Great lounge, large spacious modern hotel, complimentary glass of champagne. Good bar food. Great check in.

    On checking out we were charged for our complimentary champagne and had to explain, the recptionist was unaware of the vouchers we were given on check in, it was sorted out though without any bother. Bathroom was very small. newspaper we ordered for the am didn't arrive.
