    Good facilities, friendly staff,ideal location for Barbican, London Museum, St. Paul's, etc.

    Poor TV reception. Carpet in room in need of cleaning.

    I was first of all sent to an already occupied room . Luckely the occupant(s) were not there - otherwise it could have been a very uncomfortable situation. there was only enough milk for 1 cup of tea/coffee although mugs were provided for at least 2. there was also no one on reception in the evening (from 7pm) on both occasions when i phoned for more.

    Cheap, had a toaster int he room.

    Food smell, no air con (only plug in fan), tiny room, overlooked (person over the road ironed the whole time)

    The hotel was well maintained, staff friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

    The bulb in the desk lamp was broken. The room was very warm on arrival and I was aware of traffic noise.

    "the staff were very good my stay was due to my husband being taken into hospital and they allowed us extra time in our room until hospital accomodation was sorted for us at no extra cost this was much appreciated thanks" (108693604)

    Studio was well equipped for two people and had all that you needed including dish washer!

    when the bed was put down there was not much room between the table and bed and we kept hitting our ankles!! an oversight in such a well planned room layout

    The facilities within the room where good and the location excellent!

    The shower head was faulty so i have to hold the shower whilst in their. The room was also very hot and would benefit from air conditioning.

    friendly helpful staff, rooms were clean with no smell of smoke which we both hate from a hotel room ... and everything was neat tidy and well presented

    room was very small.... not a world disaster but you did ask what the bad points were .... was borderline exspensive for the size and ''quality''

    Fantastic appartments, we are definatly coming to stay again.

    Not many pictures on internet when booking, lack of discriptions too. We wern't sure what we was going to find when we arrived!

    well equipped, clean and well situated, easy to get to

    sofa bed,(was not advised), paid by cc over internet, when got there had to pay again, as this was a business trip, i envisaged that cc would have been debited, not clear at time of booking

    good value for money and clean

    check in was a joke they had our reservation in as the 30th even though my booking slip showed the 31st. The guy did eventually get it sorted out for us but it took a good while so we were hanging around in reception whilst already late for a function. Plus we were told there was no parking available when we called yet there were spaces when we got there but we'd already left the car in a public car park which meant dragging our bags to the hotel in the freezing cold

    Quiet, Clean, flexible space as result of sofabed. Unfortunately didnt make use of kitchenette which looked excellent

    Convenient to business event, provides reasonable accommodation

    Would prefer a bed that is permanent rather than a pull out - even though the bed was comfortable. It would be nice to have a bar of sorts on site.

    It was a pleasant stay as the room was nice and clean.

    We discovered that the TV remote control only had 1 battery in it and that there was no iron in the room. I found the room rather small and awkward to walk around the bed. We would have liked to have more milk for the tea and coffee supplied also. It was very expensive for the size of the room.

    "This particular hotel is one minute walk from the Barbican London underground station. It is a suite hotel, offering most of the facilities necessary for longer term living, (e.g. a proper stove, pots and pans, full size fridge etc in addition to regular hotel facilities) at a very reasonable price, in London terms. The room appeared spacious, until I looked for the bed. This is a ready made up sofa bed - you have to pull the back of the sofa down, then lift, tug, scratch your head a little, and finally realise to grab the red handles and HEAVE upwards until it all pops out. And it is very comfortable, but suddenly the room looks a little smaller! :-) The bath is small but the shower is good though. I had to sleep with the window wide open, because the room was too warm. Luckily, this part of London is not very noisy (at least not on Monday night). There is a vent blowing cool air, but this was not a manly enough blast to deal with the heat... All in all though, it was an agreeable night." (97538129)

    well equipped kitchen area for preparing food; nice sized desk for working; free broadband;

    room was too warm - no aircon as far as I could see. Struggled to operate the sofa bed, and I'm good with tech or mechanical things!!

    Cleanliness was excellent.Versatility of room. Being able to get connecting rooms.Locality- we were trying to find a flat to rent as close as possible to Italia Conti Thetare School, which is adjacent to the Citadines.Being able to store luggage.
