    Staff very friendly and curteous, room clean and clear instructions for using all appliances (inc. air con, shower, hair dryer, etc.)

    Noisey - outside from the nearby pub, and inside from other guests during the day. Electricity supply affected by broken fuse one afternoon, but quickly fixed.

    communication between yourselves and holiday inn seemed to be a big problem. for 45 mins we had no booking as far as they were concerned and then tried to charge us more on departure. it was a total mess and ruined our evening

    were not aware of camden lock markets behind hotel until we were leaving to go home.road going down to bridge at side of hotel was blocked off so we naturally thought we were not to go down.should have been a sign to advertise markets. we may go back now.any nice offers

    "clean, modern hotel set in the heart of Camden and within easy walking distance from the High St. The staff were very polite and happy to help. There is a bit of a walk to the car park, but it is not too bad and would not put me off driving there again. I ordered room service at 3am, the food was v good and arrived when they said it would.     "my only concern , as such, is that nowhere on the booking form does it mention that holiday inn must take a card refernece or cash deposit to cover any minibar/extras that you may use. i had budgeted the trip on cash, and ti was a slight inconvience to have to do this" (99568420)

    The view from the room was amasing. The location of the hotel was ideal - a short walk from the markets and the Electric Ballroom (where we were seeing a band). Hotel is also very easy to find. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

    Good quality room and bathroom.

    "This accomodation is very nicely located in Camden Town, with a lovely Lloyds Bar situated on the lock next door which I would recommend. The decor or the hotel is lovely and it is very clean. The only major problem we have was with the staff, the communication between themselves is basically non-existant and any communication with you is usually contradicted by another staff member, we were told breakfast was included in our rate only to sit down in the morning to be told is wasnt (they did give us the first morning free after a long discussion). The mini-bar was not restocked, they also tried to charge for drinks we hadn't had. A maid walked into our room at 9.00am after only one knock whilst we were still in bed. Just generally found the staff unhelpful and at times pretty rude. Although the location in Camden is great." (2307453)

    "Everything was brilliant, I have always found the booking system quick and easy, I have stayed here on more than 1 occasion and will continue to do so and recommend it to anyone I know. We came with a couple of friends this time as we love Camden and they couldn't believe how nice and friendly the staff were and what value for money you get. I have not a bad word to say about the Holiday Inn at Camden, we enjoy our stay immensly every time, we shall be returning again in the summer and will definetly be booking with you. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, and the rooms are spotless." (1913283)

    "We didn't stay overnight, just a few hours as my husband had been travelling most of the early morning up from the west country and felt he needed a bit of a break before our journey home to surrey. It enabled him to shower and have a couple of hours sleep while I shopped. We have nothing but praise for the hotel, staff and accommodation and I would stay there again." (1772208)

    I thought the accommodation was excellent, especially the view overlooking the river

    I think the hotel should provide more milk cartons for tea/coffee

    "We booked for one night, two double rooms, as we were travelling as two adult couples. However, upon arrival we were informed that there was only one room left which had two double beds. We were offered this or an attempt to find another hotel 'somewhere in London', as it was already early evening we didn't want to spend the rest of our evening moving hotels so we were left no choice but to share.
