    Pretty everything was good, the room was clean and well presented. Bathroom likewise. No faults at all with the hotel.

    The night club across the street was VERY loud. It didn't stop me from having a restful night but I can imagine for some people it would be impossible to get to sleep.

    clean and comfortable,friendly helpful staff,excellent breakfast.

    got locked out of our room when the clocks went back,just a minor niggle but somewhat annoying.Signed up for the loyalty point scheme but unsure how it works.

    food was good staff were very helpful at all times

    we felt it was bad that in the bath in the bathroom there was no anti slip mat this is very dangerous as we were slipping every where this needs to be addressed before someone has a nasty fall

    The hotel was clean, spacious and well equipped.

    The television in our first room was broken and when we moved to a second room not all of the available channels listed were present.

    Night Staff on desk was amazing directing me to hotel and even came out on the road to ensure I found the hotel.

    friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, nice clean room

    the room was extremely cold and the room heating was extremely noisy so we were either cold throughout the night or kept awake by a noisy heating system

    Friendly reception staff, close to cinema, theatre and city centre, always plenty to do.

    very good value first time we have stayed at one of your hotels and it was better than we expected rooms very spacious will use again breakfast was also good and not too bad price

    no parking at hotel cost £12.50 for parking and hotel bar closed very early

    clean, tidy, attractive, brilliant location for city centre and Tap and Tumbler pub next door.

    nothing particularly bad.Room was cold on arrival and wasnt sure how to use heating.The details of the discounted car park should have been available with internet booking as it's not the car park nearest to the hotel.

    centrally located to all the Attractions in Nottingham and close to a 24 hr parking lot. Comfortable accommodations with everything we needed.

    We have visited the hotel before ( when it was known as the Citilodge ) and were pleased to see the same standards as before. In addition it now cost much less for a single night (

    The heater in our room was broken and only generated cool air no matter what temperature the setting was. Also when we arrived there was only one clerk at the desk who was struggling to keep on top of all the incoming phone calls.

    "We had a brilliant weekend. The night staff were friendly especially when the 8 of us returned at 2.30 in the morning and needed ice for a swollen leg and of course a natter like girls do." (97498560)

    close to university which we were visiting for an open day. staff friendly, polite and helpful. able to leave luggage in hotel and staff then phoned a taxi for me at the end of our stay.
