    "Voor Londonse begrippen zeer goedkoop. Er zijn 4-sterren hotels die net zo erg zijn !" (107547840)

    Ligging, erg goedkoop voor London en voor alleen overnachten okay. Had wel kamer met eigen douche + WC.

    Gehorig, uitgeleefd, groezelig, ontbijt had uitgebreider gemogen maar alternatieve gelegenheden in de buurt genoeg !

    "Disappointed, although cheap, was still not worth the price paid as it was the smallest bed I've ever slept in, in the smallest room I've ever slept in (except for a bivouac) with the smallest ever en-suite facilities. I hope I never have to return in an emergency." (108623903)

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast did what it says on the label.

    Tiny bed; no wardrobe or drawers to place clothes in; wc was in the shower cubicle, which meant clothes get wet when in cubicle for reasons other than showering; shower cubicle smelt off; no spoon to stir powdered hot drink whitening (no milk); only one towel (single room).

    The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The rooms had a damp smell to them and the shower was just a trickle. I would not reccommend the full english breakfast.

    chambres minuscule voir microscopique, la chambre et le couloir sentait trés mauvais!!!!! salle de bain , vaut mieux pas rentrer dedans à 2 et dde toute façon on ne peut pas et vaut mieux ne pas etre de forte corplence une nuit mais pas plus je voulais limitte me faire rembourser je l'ai fait une fois mais je ne reserverais PLUS JAMAIS dans cette hotel!!!!!!

    The wallpaper was falling off of the wall, plastic was on the mattresses, the room smelled terrible, like sulfur. Mold was obviously growing in the shower. The room was extremely cramped! The only window in the room opened to the roof, without a screen. Holes were in the walls and paint was noticeably chipping off. The TV was tiny and only had 4 stations. There was not a phone in the room and this building has obviously been neglected!!

    The man on duty was very helpful and friendly. Booking process was very efficient and easy. Location was good.

    The room was tiny, single beds, dirty towels, smelly toilet. The room needed updating and repairing - it was very tired looking and feeling.

    Staff was friendly. The bed was dressed on a daily basis, which is quite good! Location was good, not to far away from Victoria Station.

    Rooms were to small. Bathroom was cramped and flooded when u have a shower! You had to wait for breakfast (at one point we waited half an hour). The room they gave us, was at the very top floor, which is not suitable for people with infants (Buggie). Hairdryer that was supplied, didn't work very well. the rooms weren't described as the website, that was very misleading. Hot water is limited. Kettle was all rusty.

    Everything was basic and adequate, absolutely no frills. was ok for a couple of days, cheap n cheerful, but wouldn't wanna stay a week or more here!

    Small Room! Tiny old portable tv with only about 4 channels. Powdered milk for tea n coffee!

    Efficient and helpful personel. Good location.

    Dirty carpets, seedy tiny room, moldy ceilings. It is the worst and most depressing room I have ever been in ages. The hotel needs urgent refurbishing. Terrible coffee for breakfast. They claimed that there was internet in the rooms and in mine (third floor) the wify was not available

    "Disappointing. We have frequently stayed in 2 star accomodation, which has been a pleasure. Clean simple accomodation is not difficult to achieve on a low budget and would encourage clients to return. " (107422156)

    Staff were polite, although clearly not experienced in the trade. Sheets, towels and ensuite were clean and television had good reception although not enough choice of channels.

    Decor, carpets and particularly curtains (filthy) were dirty. Premises, both inside and out were dilapidated and required repair and refurbishment. 'Restaurant' was too small for the amount of clientele with mis-matched furniture and tableware, with plastic table cloths and impossible cattle truck seating layout. Other guests were clearly not impressed with the facilities.

    That's was one of my worst expreriences. So unpleasant that I really didn't want to go back at nights to stay there. I had a feeling that this room is maybe not a guest room at all. The tolet sit was broken, there were other problems with the bathroom and the bathroom door.

    la situation géographique en plein centre de londres, le bon rapport qualité-prix, la chambre spacieuse

    les toilettes-salle de bain très petits avec des équipements parfois cassés (bas de porte qui s'enlève, chasse d'eau)

    the price.

    the first couple of times we stayed at the hotel the beds were not very hygienic. The smell was not fresh.there was no top sheet just a quilt. this last time the bed had bottom and top sheets and smelt fresh which made all the difference. cleansiness is the most important thing in a Hotel for us.

    El trato de la recepción, te prestaban todo lo que necesitabas.

    Las habitaciones tenían las paredes pintarrajeadas,que daban sensación de habitaciones sucias. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Sólo hablaban en inglés. El cuarto de baño muy pequeño y con goteras.

    very small bathroom and deteriorated, room in bad conditions, humidity every where, the duvet... awful... at least the sheets seemed to be washed.

    The staff were always very cheerful, polite and helpful

    Thankfully the bedding was clean because everything else was not. Almost everything was falling apart and I did not see anywhere in the hotel that looked like it had seen a touch of paint in the last thirty years

    staff were very helpful, attending and polite.

    The room was past the point of basic, most the plaster was coming off the walls. the toilet was broken and leaking, the fridge in the room wasnt working and smelled. the breakfast room did not accomodate all guests, most had to wait for the rest to finish eating so they would sit. i found we had to rush through breakfast to allow others to eat.

    "I'm used to staying in economy hotels while traveling on business, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. OK for the price, but generally not a good experience." (107159206)

    Convenient location, good price

    No hot water in the first room I was given. Moved to another room which had a single window that actually looked out into the hallway, didn't give me a feeling of having any privacy at all. Both rooms had wallpaper peeling off the wall.

    close proximity to Victoria station

    shared toilet is cramped and untidy. wardrobe door was hanging off one hinge only. mattresses were very unconfortable. TV stand fixed too high on the wall, have to look up to watch TV if sitting unless you stand up to watch.

    dirty carpets stained bed sheets no jug and glass available for drinking water old and probably expired tea bags,sugar and milk provided for tea making window very prone to break and easy for anybody to break in

    i have nothing to say as for the price I paid, it was good value for money, except I didn,t realise the room and toilet was so small especially the bed. There was me and my daughter so we never had a good rest. Fortunately, it was only for a couple of nights. But overall, it is ok.
