    clean & tidy and ideal position for access to the city

    Water too hot from the shower - unable to get a suitable temperature to have one!!Sharing the ironing facility was a bit strange would prefer to do this in the room privately, however had a good laugh with other guests - all going to see Take That!!

    Good, clean well positioned hotel

    Check-in area insufficiently staffed,not large enough for the amount of people they were trying to deal with. No other area if a general question. Had to que up to ask for anything.

    "Me and my friends came to this hotel for the oasis concert. We had a fantastic time and the hotel just made it even better. It wasnt far from the city centre, the staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Overall id recommend this hotel to anyone!!" (107862051)

    They could do with a new hairdryer it looked like the thing had just been made at school lol

    Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Hotel had everything we needed. Very close to where we needed to be.

    Not enough towels or glases in the room for three people. Had to ask for extra.

    Clean room, friendly knowledgeable staff, quiet road.

    No wifi and Internet access (ethernet cable) cost £10 for 24 hrs. That is poor value for money. Good job they don't charge for the towels.

    Booked a room on internet, but when we came for check in at the hotel this night the hotel was overbooked, and we had to go to a hotel at Manchester airport. Our friends stayed in the city center. The day after at check out, the staff at the hotell meant that we was going to pay full price. And the cab who was orded the night before didn't arrive.

    Helpful staff. When we arrived we were short of towels. When I rang for more they arrrived quickly. when checking out hotel ordered taxi and it arrived quickly.

    We had a 3 people room and when we arrived there was only 2 sets of towels. Bath wasn't deep enough.

    "Great value for money. Didn't book breakfast so cannot comment on food. The bar was a great area and the staff in all departments were extremely friendly and helpful." (107242276)

    My party consisted of myself, my sister and mother. It was great to be able to book a triple room rather than two rooms and the double & single bed were full size, I thought the single may have been a camp bed. Excellent room.

    NOISY - FAMILY SUDDENLY WOKEN AT 2AM FIRST NIGHT -PROBLEMS WITH PLUMBING PRODUCING HIGH PITCHED NOISE (LIKE ALARM) ON FLOOR. INFORMED NIGHT STAFF WHO STATED THEY WOULD SEND SECUIRTY. SOUND CONTINUED FOR FURTHER 40 MINS. R00M NEXT DOOR OCCUPIED BY DRUNKEN PARTY (STAG WEEKEND). THE NOISE CONTINUED UNTIL APPROX 5AM. SPOKE TO STAFF NEXT MORNING WHO OFFERED A BASIC APPOLOGY AND ASKED US TO MOVE ROOM TO ANOTHER FLOOR TO WHICH WE FELT WE HAD NO CHOICE. LACK OF CHOICE OF PARKING. AVAILABLE PARKING TOO EXPENSIVE EVEN WITH HOTEL DISCOUNT

    Haven't got anything good to say about this hotel

    Check-In process was extremely inappropriate,rude and insulting to us. The lady behind the reception (of Eastern European Origin)was in my opinion so eager to get rid of us ;she didn't even listen to our preference. She even had the audacity to ask for full payment before granting us a room on the ground floor;smoking room for that matter after specifically asking for a non-smoking room. Put this down to purely ignorance and because of our colour.

    very friendly staff and lovely hotel in great location would definetly use again. Room spacious for 3 people and we had two rooms and were next to each other so very happy.
