    Parcheggio gratutito di fornte all' hotel con sbarra Servizio in camera veloce e superiore alle aspettative

    Ho notato che la moquette ela fodera del letto erano in qualche punto molto rovinate

    Problem of overbooking meant we were sent to the Ramada Glasgow City hotel instead of at the airport, which is what we had wanted in the first place but hadn't been able to book!

    Hotel overbooked so had to stay in alternative hotel

    Bathroom well designed and equipped

    Waited 45 minutes for hotel transport to pick up at airport after two calls. No help with luggage offered at hotel. Shopping mall style "restaurant" area in lobby.

    Hospitality and food excellent Nice atmosphere in the hotel Staff very helpful and courteous

    Report to reception of toilet cistern taking over an hour to fill and could not flush and we had to use water in waste bucket to flush toilet This would not normally have been a problem but I have a disability which required regular toilet attendance and we were there for 5 nights

    Very nice standard of decor. Lovely room. No traffic/airport noise. Good food.

    Appalling check-in process - my booking via Priceline had been lost. I was made to feel most unwelcome and given a 'cash-only' room card, meaning I was not allowed to order room-service. However, the duty manager was very apologetic when I complained. No draft beer in the bar. Fire alarm went off in the morning meaning we all had to evacuate and stand in the freezing wind. Large party of noisy young people woke me several times in the night as they cavorted in the corridors.

    poor food (i had the seabass - looked the size of a goldfish!). I had evening meal and breakfast. Breakfast was overcooked and took a long time serving. Waitess was rude, not to me but to others. Not enough staff on at breakfast time.

    Easily booked online, fairly easy to locate when arriving, staff helpful, facilities adequate.

    Rather difficult to understand staff accents (Glasgow!)though they were helpful.

    Nice sound proofed room next to Glasgow airport. I heard no aircraft noise. Good security. Nice breakfast included.

    Restaurant staff slow and inefficient. Access to Hotel a bit difficult, with many round-abouts to manage before reaching Hotel. Also better signage leading to hotel.

    "there was totally nothing wrong with the hotel, but we used the courtesy telephone at glasgow airport for a car to go to the hotel and it took 40mins and a second phone call for the car to pick us up, which was totally unsatisfactually,in which my partner was really annoyed as we called the courtesy car 35min prevoius and it was a really cold."     "Generally fine. Did as expected and was pleasantly surprised. Most staff were helpful and courteous. A few exceptions were all in the restaurant on two occasions. This was our only negative issue." (97956639)

    Functional and good parking close to an airport.

    Some of the restaurant staff were a bit disinterested. Waited for service too long while staff spoke amongst themselves and did SMS texting. Coffee quality was awful.

    Nice room with plenty of space Very comfortable and 4 good nights sleep.

    No where really to put clothes apart from shelf and shoe drawer. OK for one night but not several. Slow TV connections not really user friendly

    "I didn't need to know any more about the hotel before I booked. All I want is a no-frills good clean en-suite room with TV and basic ammenities. It doesn't add sufficient value over and above the Travelodge for me to want to pay another £10 per night, but I'm happy to recommend it as others might want the extra bells and whistles.     Proximity to Glasgow airport

    Not my style of decoration; not a 20% uplift in quality (as it was for price) over the Travelodge where I normally stay but couldn't get a room. Or perhaps the Travelodge is too expensive? Again, the pick-up mini-bus took too long to cellect from the airport on a v cold night (c15 mins for what is a 5 mins journey). He was courteous when he got there, he was just too slow.

    Comfortable and quiet tho next to motorway and airport

    Clean straightforward close to airport

    Room was clean and well serviced.

    Cost inhibitive, the internet service we purchased was overpriced and did not work all of the time and rarely ever worked well.

    Very quiet at night, warm, clean and very comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant and the standard of the food served in the restaurant was excellant.

    very modern, the fact that you could block out the outside noise with the type of shutter was fantastic as I was initally worried about the noise level being so close to the airport and M8

    Close to airport

    The menu choice in the restaurant was limited and I was surprised that a four star hotel didn't have more than one restaurant/food facility other than room service. The food I did have was very good.

    The room was very modern yet tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable.

    The shower had mould in the grouting which should have been cleaned
