"Very disappointed Expected much more from a 4star hotel" (107699686)

Nice Setting

Appeared understaffed. Waited for 30mins to be served cold breaafst. Guests returning after night out very noisey and showed no consideration for other guests

"Our view of the Connermara Hotel was good, as we booked on line, we had no idea what service you provide,it would be an advantage if we had been sent a facility brochure,as we did not even know it provided a leisure complex.The staff were all very polite and professional,A staff member was very polite and helpfull,he arranged a flight for us from Galway-Dublin,this in turn took pressure of us to save driving to Dublin in the early hours." clean & tidy.

to hot in the bedroom.And hot water came from the cold tap in the bathroom.But the problem was rectified.This would have been a problem if a child was in any room in the three hundreds.

Friendly staff, great facilities & a great bar. The breakfast was also very enjoyable & substantial.
