    Clean and efficient, reasonably priced menu and nicely presented food. I ate in all three nights.

    Wifi didn't work and no-one seemed too bothered about it. Breakfast was expensive if you didn't require a cooked option. This was confounded by a lack of choice of fruits - porridge etc.

    The hotel was well located and central. The evening meals were superb. The staff were very helpful and friendly.It wasn't noisy at night.

    The inside hallways were a bit stuffy...maybe it was from cleaning products(shake n vac?). The side of the hotel could be fenced off and tidied up. That area is littered and not child friendly.

    Good sized room Clean Handy location to Europa bus terminal, Great Victoria St station, town centre Front desk staff friendly Free newspapers Free car parking Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced

    Curtains a bit grotty, carpet in stairwell worn and dirty Strange restaurant/dining room arrangement – had to walk through the middle of it to get to the room Water pressure rather low

    Location was central and easy to get to. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Price when converted from Sterling to Euro was perhaps expensive for the hotel in that it was basic but I would have no hesitation in recommending it to visitors to Belfast

    Staff was nice.

    Food was not good and over priced, hair dryer didn't work, the bedroom table had food crumbs all over it and was sticky, we had to pay for the use of internet.

    easy to find hotel...

    When you are booking you are not asked for a check in time - on our arrival we were told our room was gone as we had not arrived by the hotel's check-in time which was never mentioned during booking procedure

    Location perfect for all local venues. Staff in hotel very helpful. Cleanliness excellent.

    Bit of a mix up re the booking of types of rooms but hotel staff were able to sort this out.

    Hotel was lovely, very clean and great value for money.

    We were told that there would be a hairdryer in the room but ours was missing and also the breakfast was very expensive it didnt matter if you took very little no one checked you were simply charged the same it was £18 for 2 very small breakfasts

    very unhelpful 2 girls on reception desk at check in. no welcome, total lack of interest. doors into hotel & ground floor access door to lift difficult to open when carrying heavy cases.

    You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Very close to excellent entertainment, within walking distance of city center.

    Check in and out was very slow. Staff were not friendly at all, hardly spoke at all, except to ask to put a pin number in. A distinct smell of sewage outside the entrance door, very off putting.

    "Myself and my girlfriend stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was excellant. Staff very helpful. Room cleaned each day. 10 Minutes walk to the Center of town and about 35 minutes to the Odyssey Arena.Went to see The Australian Pink Floyd Show. Area is quite and peaceful. An excellant safe location to stay. Will stay again when I return to Belfast and would recommend the hotel." (97001335)

    Hotel v close to bus station and city centre. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and effecient.

    Drinks and snacks were actually 1 bottle of water and 1 kit kat in the business room. View over city centre was of bus station.

    Friendly staff on reception. Room was lovely Bar was good to have a drink in during the day and later on at night - good atmosphere.

    Didn't get to finish breakfast as staff cleared our table while we were saying goodbye to friends
