    the hotel was in the center of the town

    No cold water which meant no shower no toilet from 16.00pm when we arrived until late afternoon the next day when we returned after a day out. on checking out it took a lot of negotiation to get a discount for that day, as my party had three rooms at a cost of 990euro's for the three nights I felt they could have behaved better. Hotel also very close to the railway station and you could hear the trains through the night

    Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean, lots of choice of food at breakfast

    Air conditioning didn't work very well, leaving rooms extremely stuffy. Had to ask to get the window open, as it was sealed for security purposes.

    Central but quiet. Close to railway station and town. Good parking facilities.

    Air con not effective; inability to open windows. Breakfast: food soemtimes ran out before end of breakfast period, with no kitchen staff available.

    "Hotel fine - little dificult to find in centre and parking a little odd underground -ok once used to. Sign in towns poor generally - ok out of town. Room was fine - lots of places to eat locally and just a short walk away. Hotel very close to railway so lots of noise if window open which we needed as quiet hot still winter setting, but ok though." (99915313)

    clean modern multi lingual staff

    air conditioning in room did not work and despite reporting was not fixed over 2 nights we were there. travelling with 6 month old baby - no facilities whatsoever. no way to heat bottles or food made stay v stressful and hard work. not at all child or family friendly

    "The hotel was exactly what you expect from a modern hotel. It was clean & comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpfull.The Breakfast was adequate. An English language TV channel (other than BBC World)would be be nice. Yes I know it's France. The only drawback is noise from the adjacent railway. Mind you the station is very handy.     Clean modern hotel in town centre.

    Ask for a room not overlooking the railway line. We were woken several times by noisy trains.

    "Pleasant spacious room with ensuite shower. A genuine non-smoking room. Breakfast was excellent. No restaurant but a very good choice of all types within walking distance.     the hotel staff were very good all round, and the breakfast although standard was most pleasant. A full english would have been a bonus.

    the bed linen was clean but stained, all tv programs were pay view, and we had to pay overnight parking.

    I accept it was a smoking room but an air freshener or window that opened would help to cover the stale smell on arrival.
