    Easy to find, close to main routes, but still quiet. Good food, pleasant room.

    Ideal accommodation for our requirements - a single night stopover on our way from Eurotunnel to the Alps for skiing. Good facilities, not overpriced and early checkout time so we could set off early.

    Complimentary tea/coffee very welcome but could do with bigger cups! (well what do you expect from an english person?!) I booked via telephone with Eurotunnel. I tried doing it online but it was too confusing to work out that for two adults and two children the only possible available option was two twin rooms. I don't think I would book online without that help

    The room was clean

    Food rated abslute zero. A steak that was inedable unable to chew it was so tough Served with "salad" wich was a small serving of wilted lettuce. Breakfast. No hot items at all, a very poor selection of cold meat, stale bread, and prepacked cheese.

    Excellent food in the restaurant. Hotel site easy to find and adjacent to the motorway.

    No hairdryer. Furnishings very tired. No international tv news.

    "Bien que le prix soit attractif je considère qu'un minimum de service est à offrir, et lorsqu'on arrive dans un lit on aime qu'il soit frais et que le linge soit propre . hors la première chose que j'ai constaté c'était des cheveux et des poiles dans le lit et sur l'oreiller. Très désagréable. En dehors de ça, la salle de bain était très propre." (97794485)

    calme et tranquilité petit déjeuner agréable

    hygienne du lit à revoir manque d'explication pour l'utilisation du téléphone lorsque je suis arrivée à 22h je souhaitais me relaxer et prendre un bain mais il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude.

    "Accomodation was cheap - Eur50, room was cold initially but soon heated up. Only used as a short overnight stay which it was absolutely fine for. Room was clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and for 2 people they supplied 1 bath towel and 2 small handtowels. All the rooms are in a separate block from the main reception - all have external doors." (97814157)

    The bedroom was a little squashed for three people.

    persons of this hotel are very professional, friendly.

    "The only thing i can comment on here is the entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing. I missed it on two occasions and had to re-trace my steps. There are so many signs to read quickly when you are driving and in unfamiliar territory." (99709384)

    "The hotel was very busy and we were restricted to eating early in the restaurant. If we wanted to eat at a time of our choosing we should have booked a table in advance. The very small bar is in the corner of the restaurant and seating was restricted to the dining tables. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had an enjoyable couple of days." (99945337)

    It was convenient for what we were doing - the Loos WW1 battlefields. It was also convenient for Lens and La Bassee.

    Nothing really although a few more towels in the bathroom would have been useful and an English channel on the TV for the rugby!

    "Check in process took an eternity, paying took even longer.We arrived early and the room was ready on arrival, good plus point. We were only staying one night and the quality of the hotel was not important, it was just a place to put your head down for a few hours. Bedrooms and bathroom was clean though which was the most important aspect." (3305726554)

    Room was rather dull, very basic furnishings, no real comfort for anyone who is going to spend much time in the room
