    midday checkout very useful after long journey previous day. Towels provided, complimentary soap useful.

    Perhaps more ventilation with 4 people in room, but OK for one night

    convenient location

    not enough bath towels and no anti slip mat in the bath. My wife did slip when she was in the bath which could have caused her a serious injury. We also felt as though we were being hurried to check out in the morning so that the cleaning staff could get get on.

    "Expected honest, clean, basic accommodation with ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities, in an industrial area with a bit of traffic noise (not too bad) from nearby main road at a reasonable cost and this is what we got. Would reccomend driving into Rouen centre (10 mins.) if time as beautiful and good places to eat." (99888574)

    Comfortable bed - invigorating shower.

    Smell from smoking in room. Only one bath towel, one tea bag and one extra pillow provided so had to ask for more.

    "We have used Campanile hotels for many years now, both with our children, and now, since they are grown up and have left home, on our own. We have never been disappointed and would thoroughly recommend them.     "This is an ideal overnight stop on the southern outskirts of Rouen, close to the D18 and minutes from junction 22 of the A13 motorway. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a double bed and en suite bath/shower room. The on site restaurant is basic but adequate. We have stayed numerous times and it is always busy, especially with business clients. Can be recommended. Secure car parking." (3305395091)

    We use this hotel regularly and find it clean and comfortable for an overnight stop. The restaurant is adequate, nothing special, but with being on site enables you to have a meal without having to go out and look for a place to eat, if you have been travelling all day. Car parking is now secure at night.

    Always having to ask for additional towels. They only provide towels for one person in the room.

    "Campanile hotels are generally well run and suitable for good value overnight accomodation. This one would have been too had it not been for the poor attitude of staff." (3304957549)

    Easy to find and ok for an overnight stay

    I booked three rooms, two of which were not ready for occupation by 6pm. We waited for over 1.5 hrs for the rooms to be prepared. Reception was less than helpful.

    We were running late and rang the hotel (in France) the receptionist spoke english which helped and they were very helpful. The room was very pleasent for 45 euros.
