    "Stayed here several times on our way to the south of France. It's a good ovenight stopover. Never had a bad meal. Staff generally very helpful." (107303163)

    Friendly hotel. Easy access from motorway. Helpful staff. Good food.

    The room was clean, beds comfortable and had all the basics - tv, tea, coffee, soap, etc. The lady on reception when we checked out was delightful.

    We wanted to eat in the restaurant that evening and the staff were really poor. They were completely uninterested in our welfare. We were a party of 7 - when they finally laid up a table for us it was for 6 people - we asked for another placement and were completely ignored on one occassion and huffed when we asked again. I did it in the end. The food was very expensive for what we got.

    Its sitaution near the autoroute and Troyes city centre

    In common with other Campanile Hotels I have stayed in, our rooms were in urgent need of refurbishment.

    It was very clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced.

    When booking we asked for an extra bed in the room for our small child but this was overlooked and could not be arranged at short notice by the staff.

    La nourriture execrable du restaurant (avis partage par d'autres tables): viandes mal cuites, legumes au gout de boite, frites a peine blanchies. Au niveau sonore, nuisance des chambres voisines.

    "For the money, I honestly didnt expect the place to be as good as it was. Everything was well ordered and clean, all I needed for an overnight stay. It was quiet where my room was, and had all I required. I had asked if there was any secure parking for my motorcycle but got no reply on this. In the end I was able to park right next to the reception and lock it to some rails, but if this had not been possible I might of had a different view." (3304766965)

    "This was our second visit to this particular Campanile and it felt like coming home. The only real niggle was the selfishness of the smokers as the smoking area was virtually empty at the time." (3304628873)

    Good room size with bath and shower in the bathroom

    Insufficient tea/coffee making bits e.g. milk cartons. Smokers smoking in the non-smoking area of the restaurant!!

    "TheTroyes hotel was good in all respects. We also stayed at Valance which again was very adequate. Finally we stayed at Grenoble. The food in Troyes was first class - Valance was good but we didn't feel that Grenoble matched the standards of the other two. The accommodation and cleanliness in all hotels was first rate."     It was clean and efficient and very adequate for an overnight stay and very convenient for autoroutes etc.
