    le matelas était dur, ce qui nous allait très bien, dommage que trop de clients s'en soient plaints et que décision ait été prise de les remplacer par des plus mous ! pourquoi ne pas laisser la possibilité de choix aux clients ????

    l'odeur de fumée froide en arrivant dans la chambre :(

    très bruyant la nuit (un groupe est arrivé en bus à 0 h 30, du bruit dans les couloirs pendant au moins une heure)très désagréable!

    "j'aurais aimé une réservation plus claire car par internet il se trouve que j'avais réservé en zone fumeur alors que j'avais cochée non fumeur mais sans ajouter de demande dans la case prévue. Par chance il restait des chambres quand je suis arrivée à l'hôtel et j'ai pu en changer!" (97129916)

    j'ai apprécié que l'on me propose de changer de chambre, car celle que j'avais réservée par internet était en zone fumeur.

    j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l'hôtel de nuit: il n'est pas trop bien indiqué et en contre-bas de la route.

    "It would have been a lot easier if a map showing how to reach the hotel from then motorway could have been available on the internet. A full address should be available to insert into a TOMTOM. The room was comfortable the dinner and breakfast was excellent, the situation was peaceful a great start to our holiday." (3304950947)

    The hotel was difficult to find but once we were there it was well worth it, a haven of peace after a long journey, with good food and a nice comfortable clean room.

    It was difficult to find and to far from the motorway, but easy to relocate to the motorway next morning.

    The location. The staff were fairly friendly. The daily room service was excellent.

    The bathroom in our room was in serious need of renovation. The bath leaked, the tap was faulty, the skirting boards had rotted.

    "I thought the hotel was in a very good location to the centre of Perpignan. The air conditioning system in the room did not work, so it was very warm in the room. The bathroom had no shower curtain or plugs in the bath or sink unit. The rooms were quite spacious." (3304155249)

    Very clean, well centered for travel. The staff were very helpful and patient. Not being fluent in French they took time to understand what we wanted.

    The room we were in was by the cleaners cupboard which was noisey from 6am in the morning. There was no air conditioning, very hot and not safe to open a window on the ground floor.
