    "Would stay again, good stop over hotel" (107826153)

    Nice decor, good quality food, helpful stay

    Hotel offers no "own directions", Google got it wrong, 2 hours to loacate it was a poor start, made up by charming service on arrival. But if they said, commercial district and next door to Carrefour anyone could find it.

    Waiting staff very helpful, room clean comfortable and tranquil.

    Room not ready when we arrived at 4.30, offered another room but had to negociate our way up a staircase piled up with clean bedding and towels.

    "This was ideally situated for visiting my daughter at the Business School in Mont St Aignan and was excellent value for money. Would certainly use again when visiting her and would recommend it to other family members or friends who may wish to visit. Also close to Rouen centre by bus if you don't have a car or don't want to drive in to the city centre." (3305794508)

    Clean, friendly, had all that I needed. Good buffet breakfast.

    "It was located much further away from the centre of Rouen than led to believe and it was difficult to find. We decided to eat in Rouen because when we checked in there were 3 staff sitting at a table smoking heavily which made the whole atmosphere bad. We skipped breakfast because there was not much on offer (got something on the motorway)." (3304926695)

    "Instructions on how to reach it. I was very worried that it would be difficult for me to find however it was quite easy once we'd spotted sign for exit to Mont Saint Aignan or whatever on autoroute." (2979757)

    Tea/coffee facilities in room. Common in England but first we've seen in France. Everwhere very clean. Most effective shower I've ever encountered.

    Restaurant had little ambience - too clinical. The menu seemed a lttle strange in its options.
