    Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful and the barman in the bar was excellent and handled our small complaint very well. He is a real asset to your hotel. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant staff really very good.

    Our only complaint was that the bread served with our meal was a garlic bread and we asked for some plain white or brown bread. The bread basket was replaced but with another type of bread which was even worse than the first. We never did get any plain bread, but the barman was very apologetic and handled our comments very well.

    Breakfast was good, central location, good parking facilities

    The temperature in the room was appaling. It was very hot, the temperature controll made no difference. The windows in the bedroom obvioulsy didn't open very much so you had no opportunity to get any air passing through the room.

    Very clean Modern Nice size room

    Reception couldn't find us on the system then suddenly could, the Bar Manager at the night time was very rude and ignorant, we couldn't have a game of pool and a drink without him checking us every 10 minutes; it was like being back at school

    Hotel very clean............. Intense clean smell like fresh air spray in hall. For a person suffering from an alergy, it was very intense......

    Good menu options. Good location, reception area was pleasant

    receptionist confirmed my reservation was for 1 person and read out my room number in front of a queue of other people waiting to check in. As a female customer travelling alone, the room number should have been discretely mentioned. Ajoining door to the next room which I found very disturbing, especially when travelling alone. Seperate toilet and bathroom was also very odd and not what one would expect in a hotel. Car park not clearly sign posted so had to park off site.

    city centre, modern hotel. convenient for nightlife, safe parking.

    No decent pillows in our "superior" room to go with the queen size bed!.. and the en-suite did not flush even the smallest amount of paper away. No extras in room comfort even though this was supposedly a " superior " room.

    The hotel was nice and clean as was the room, within easy walking distance of everywhere.

    It was sometimes hard to understand the staff as they appeared to be all foreign.

    Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Hot tub was great too!

    Noisy at night - I think I was unlucky - there was a young group partying late at night and the fire alarms went off at 4:30 necessitating a hotel evacuation. Not perfect when getting up fora half marathon in the morning!

    Clean and close to local events

    Not enough information for the disable, also in the room, also small and iregular pillow sizes, and shortage of milk and only one packet of biscuits for two!!

    It is very modern and up to date.

    The bath taps and bath plug were broken. More water leaked from the shower than what the head actually sprayed over you and the shower door leaked very badly and soaked the bathroom floor!

    the modern room facilities

    the toilet it our room was very basic and felt like one at a school. I found it odd that it wasn't in the bathroom and right by the entrance to the room. The light was very dim and the room was cold.

    its easily recognisable and handy to all amentities.

    the staff werent that clued on on things within the hotel. not very helpful quick to say goodbye on the phone had to come to reception desk to sort out my query.
