    We both had an amazing time, the hotel was perfect. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    The car park isn't very big but we managed to get a space so was ok, the bar closed at 11pm and the closest bar was in the casino.

    Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and would do anything for you.Especially as we had a young child,they provided a milk fridge,heated milk up for us and offered numerous things for baby to try at breakfast.

    Hotel was much better inside than out,looked a bit shabby and dated from outside.Hotel bar was empty so with young child not alot to do of a night.

    The people who run the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the food was lovely. They even let us leave the car there after we had checked out.

    Wouldnt say its a bad point but When we pulled up outside I thought it was going to be a bit like only fools and horses as looks a bit shabby on the outside, but once inside it is completely different.

    in need of refurbishment, the photos on the site did not match with the actual bedrooms of the hotel, they must be old photos. from the previous owners i would not recommend anyone to stay there. the photos are deceiving and something should be done about it.

    "For two adults with excellent breakfast included I really have not complaints. If I wanted the Ritz I would expect to pay much more. I would recommend for proximity to south peer and pleasure beach." (107122106)

    The twin room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Refreshments were provided with TV and working shower and other facilites available in hotel such as a ironing. Nice lounge with pool table and drinks available. Breakfast was excellent, full english with a variety of cereals, toast, juice and coffee on tap.

    No real bad points. I feel we got very good value for money.

    Great location, just a minute or two walk for the Casino, Pleasure Beach, Waterpark & South Pier. Very helpful & friendly owners, great food and most importantly - clean rooms! Not cramped either like some I have stayed at! Added bonus of limited parking at the back of the property meant no parking fees :)

    "While we were staying there, another family arrived with a baby that was unexpected by the staff. They went out and bought a brand new cot especially. What else could any one ask for. I've never expderienced this kind of service in a full board hotel! The staff even offered us a 2nd full english breakfast as they heard me mention 'I could eat that again' as it was so nice."     The accommodation was above everythng we expected. The rooms were airy, clean and had everything needed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasurable as possible. The food was excellent as plenty of it. This hotel is very highly recommended. I couldnt have wished for a nicer more pleasant stay in Blackpool. When I come again I will make sure the stay is with this hotel as I know nothing could better it.

    "The hotel was really nice, was close to the Pleasure Beach and not far from the bars. The room was lovely and tidy and the shower was good and breakfast was fantastic. Staff were really friendly. I would have preferred to have known that the stairs were very steep and that there was a possible chance of being at the top of the stairs, would have liked to have been given an option of what floor room we could have but overall we enjoyed our stay."     It was close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the hotel was really clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly.

    The only thing we disliked was having a room at the top of the stairs. The stairs were quite staff, it would have been easier if they had a lift as it is quite hard carrying a heavy bag up and down the stairs.

    The Hotel was very clean and welcoming the room we stayed in was nice and clean and the bed was nice and comfortable, the staff where nice and friendly and the food was nice also.

    "Friendly wellcome. Hosts left you alone unless needed. Lounge area was spacey with pool table, most of our stay we were the only ones in the lounge area.     We had a triple room which was spacious, clean and comfortable also twin room which was also roomy and clean. Beds quite short not suitable if tall.

    "Proprietors and staff were very helpful and offered to book a taxi for us to get to the train station.Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh toast, orange juice. Non - smokers should note that residents can smoke everywhere except the dining room. Very handy location for the Pleasure Beach.....only 5 mins walk away!" (2729924)

    Nice big comfortable room.Lovely and warm.

    Coffee provided in room was not to my taste and I would have preferred real milk rather than powder.

    "The room was purely for sleeping. Even though tea and coffee making facilities were in the room there was no seating to drink in comfort. We had to sit on the beds. However the lounge and bar facilities were very comfortable." (2835600)

    The room was very small. Not really adequate for 2 adults and a young lady of 16. There was no lock on bathroom door. We tried to contact the hotel on several occasions by telephone but the owners leave the answerphone on permanantly.
