    Stairwell to Car Park was full of litter and rubbish, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. With almost 30mins to go before Breakfast finished, scrambled eggs were dry, hash browns were broken into pieces

    "Great, the staff we met were all very nice. Great taxi service to the Luas etc. Very good value for money." (107659322)

    Our room was quiet and had a great view.towards the city. The ironing board was an excellent addition. Very clean and well presented. Not too hot either.

    The heating hissed very loudly for about a half an hour at 7am - not great after a late night. We missed the biscuits with the tea and coffee, and the milk was off. Our twin beds were a bit narrow, but very comfy. The lesiure centre is a big plus but pool is freezing! no hot tub was a bit of a disappointment.

    Easy access to the M50. Swimming pool - extra bonus with kids.

    I found that the hotel was not very child friendly. Security staff at night around the lobby kept telling the kids to sit down quiet - impossible for 8 year olds. All they were doing was playing - lobby full of married couples with kids so we weren't bothered. I don't think I would stay in the hotel again if my kids were with me. I also found that the breakfast was not cooked very well - obviously they were not able to keep up with the queue.

    "The staff in the bar made me feel very uncomfortable. Each time I asked for my drink (Vodka and bitter lemon) it seems to be very amusing to them. They sniggered and whispered to each other and made me feel very unwelcome. Due to their treatment we left the bar early and went elsewhere. Such a beautiful hotel, the bar staff let you down badly. The cleaning staff and the staff in the spa were all extremely polite and friendly." (97053169)

    Rooms excellent. Cleaning staff superb. Room really comfortable and so quiet, obviously sound proof. Could have slept all day long!

    "i was staying here as i was attending a wedding.the price of the room was a little dear when you look at other hotels in the area.but as i was at the wedding i said i would stay.we were then told the price does not include breakfast.when i asked how much extra it was to have breakfast to the room i was told " (99027850)

    "Small, stuffy room, smelly bathroom, having to pay to use the pool. Charges for the pool were not detailed anywhere and the leisure centre staff only mentioned a charge after getting us towels, leaving me to deal with a very disappointed 5 year old. Bar service was abysmal; our two meals arrived half an hour apart; no cutlery was provided and when I looked to a staff member for a question I was abruptly told 'I am not serving'." (99752097)

    Dinner - food quality somewhat disappointing. Also the dinner was added to the bill even though we booked for 2 nights B&B and one dinner. This was corrected when I queried it at checkout

    "The hotel was modern with modern facilities. It was suitable for an overnight stay - although due to the traffic on the Naas Road the room was very noisy. Really everything, except the most important thing was fine - couldn't sleep due to the noise and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel. Other rooms, away from the road, were probably fine. If booking ensure that you get a room away from the road! The restaurant was fine and the menu adequate if not too exciting." (99311851)

    It was convenient as I was attending a conference there.

    The room was facing the motorway and I could hear the traffic all night long. The hotel wasn't by any means full and I believe I could have been allocated a room away from the traffic. The hotel was also very difficult to find.

    "The conference facilities were not great. Lack of natural light in the main function rooms is grim. The acoustics are poor. Although the bedroom was well serviced there is no need to replace towels / shower caps / soap every day. I was there for 3 nights and would have been quite happy to re-use my towels I even hung them up to dry. An eco-policy would be good." (99019739)

    "We were very pleased with our room and all the hotel facilities that we used -- bar, restaurant. Our only minor complaint was the shuttle service to LUAS, which did not run according to the published schedule. We would definitely use this hotel again on our next visit to Ireland." (99506605)

    it was nearly perfect, the room was comfortable and spacious with reasonably good facilities, and and the warmth was good with the choice of a large windoe to let air in if required! also the fact that i did not arrive until 2am i still was able to get in to the room with no worries, nice one!!

    the cups were too small and i love my coffee, it would have been great to have a mug of coffee!!!

    "I do not know Dublin city at all and as I was going to a concert and coming home late with my son I would have liked to have known the easiest and safest way to come and go, I assumed that this information would be very easy to get via timetables of Luas and maps of Dublin, but there were none and the staff didnt seem to know and didnt want to find out for me."     All accomodation was excellant, rooms well equipped very clean and very comfortable.

    Lack of help from staff, not enough information given about travelling in and out of dublin when specifically asked and abrubt answers when asked a question.

    "I'm not sorry that I used your hotel, however I was dissapointed by the items mentioned above. I was also dissapointed by the difficulty I had in trying to retrieve an item which I left in the room. Your staff appeared to be incapable of simply going to the room and asking the current occupier if the item was there and if we could have it back, until after 3 days I insisted on it and involved your manager.     Overall the hotel is good.

    Dirty seats and carpet in dining room. Overall condition of the bar, i.e. Drab appearance, tables with names scratched on them and poor quality chairs.

    "This is my second visit. The first time as a walk-in customer when the room etc were very good. This room, was below standard. The attitude of the senior waiter was not very helpful - I was asked to wait for a table when the restaurant was only 20% occupied (there were a lot of dirty tables). Although a waitress was in the process of clearing the table at which I was eventually seated, I was told that nothing was available for at least 15 minutes as I hadn't booked, this necessity was not passed to me on check-in and was not a issue on the first night. I informed the senior waiter that I would wait in the bar - 30 minutes later I returned, as no attempt had been made to let me know a table was ready. At this time I was waved to and my table pointed out rather than being approached and led to my table. The consequent service by this man was below standard and approaching surliness, certainly he didn't want to be helpful or was at times barely civil. Certainly on my experience in the restaurant trade, this was not the kind of attitude I was ever willing to accept from my staff." (3304603496)

    Accommodation was adequate although design was impractical in places - eg light switches over the bed were out of normal reach etc

    1. No remote for the television 2. Poor shower function 3. Lights not all working 4. Sound proofing not very good - especially from noisy guests in corridors

    Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Good facilities, ie ironing board, hairdryer, etc etc - Free internet access - EXCELLENT!! All staff v. helpful and friendly. Nice relaxed atomsphere.

    Take away coffee at the Coffee bar? Was not clear on pool opening times and if included or at extra charge?

    Very very comfortable rooms, not too hot and adequate space to work in Staff very helpful and pleasant atmosphere in bars/restaurant

    The hotel is undergoing alterations/extensions but this didn't appear to affect guests, however there was a power cut which appeared beyond anyone's control, power being restored approx 2hrs later, fortunately I'd just finished my meal so I retired early to bed!

    "I would have liked to know that traffic in this area is horrendous and moving just a few miles ago could take over 45 min. If the place where you are going is not withing walking distance, it it better to stay at a hotel in the city centre. There are also few facilities near by, so you need to have a car since taxis are rare during peak hours. If you want to go for dinner somewhere else...there is no much choice withing walking distance. It is better to stay at the city centre." (2981575)

    That it was supposed to be close to the Training Facilities I was to visit but due to the horrendous trafic in the area, it ended up taking longer than staying at a hotel in the City Centre!

    Billing. The overall invoice disclosed every sigle item on dinner/ breakfast but does not give a proper description. It is a nightmare to make expense reports. Breakfast! For the amount paid, it would be nice to be able to get at least coffe or tea at the table. Everything is self service and SOME staff are not service oriented (breakfast time).

    Generally helpful and friendly staff

    Business facilities. After working all night on a presentation, I tried , unsucessfully, to find a member of staff willing or able to attempt to print the file from my USB hard drive. Frustrating!!
