    Comfortable room and bed. Access to computers. Choice at breakfast.

    We would have loved to stay longer but cost prevented that.

    room was quite basic for the money. i tried to call reception and no one answered and i had to go down. Also quite a bit of noise in the night

    Very good check-in system at the hotel, and very good value for money for the location of the hotel

    The hotel bar shut at around 6:30pm/7pm would have been nice to be able to have a drink whilst getting ready to go out, as there also was not any room service available after this time either. Don't know whether this is just at weekends, or is the same everyday.

    Good value, well equiped room (micro, hair dryer and so on), AC, free purified water, central location, quiet.

    The thrid (extra) bed could have been better. The double bed could have single sheets and not shared (inconvinient).

    Clean, tidy rooms. Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Free access to cooled water dispenser.

    Cups and bottles for cooled water dispensers disappeared quickly and were not re-stocked often enough.

    Proximity to public transport and Central London is excellent. It was a pleasure to return from the bustle and noise to the relative calm of the City of London at the weekend. The hotel appeared quiet but staff were available if required. To be recommended to those who require a comfortable stay in a quiet area.

    For some reason your website was having technical problems so I could not book directly without having to ring your centre. But your telephonist was most helpful and made it an easy process. As for the hotel, there was an occassional smell of drains from the washbasin which was a little off when running the water!

    Great Location

    Did not like the fact that you could not open a window in the room. Even though the room was on a No Smoking floor someone had been smoking in our room. Lots of noise from other rooms until very late.

    Ideal location next to St Paul's Cathedral, near to City Thameslink and on main bus route with tourist information office and numerous restaurants in the locality. Breakfast optional with simply M&S foodhall nearby. Modern stylish business hotel with free wireless broadband and printing. Spacious and beautifully furnished bedroom with desk and comfortable computer chair. Plenty of storage and walk in shower. High security lift access. Express touch screen check in and out. Friendly staff. Unlimited tea and coffee facilities Cooled water fountains and bottles on each floor. Comfortable lounge with TV, newspapers, coffee and computers.

    Awkward sitting on toilet in our bathroom on the 7th floor due to location of the washbasin unit. [Don't know whether the layout is the same in all bathrooms.]

    Hotel was very clean, bottled water on offer at no extra charge, very close to St. Paul's Cathedral

    Breakfast was expensive and was not very plesant, but the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

    Were you full on Good Friday? If so then I can't argue with the price. If not then a little more flexibility in costs would encourage me to stay more often

    The check in was extremely impersonal although the staff were helpful. A touch screen facility something like buying tickets for the Underground was not the best way to welcome guests. The arrangement with the restaurant next door was a shambles. No one explained to me what the arrangements were and I had to 'investigate' for myself. There were no tables available so i asked if my order could be brought to my room. When it arrived about half an hour later there was one and a half pints of lager (I had asked for a half), the food was cold and the side orders I had asked for were both wrong. I ate what i could because I did not want to venture back downstairs, then called the hotel reception to ask to speak to someone who could help. A curt voice told me that the restaurant was 'nothing to do with the hotel' and that I should call another number, which he gave me. At the second number, the "restaurant manager" was hardly interested and said that the value of the meal would be deducted from my account. Next morning, your electronic checkout charged me in full. I was in too much of a hurry to argue with your receptionist. It was not a memorable stay.

    The toilets downstairs weren't very cleanly. The breakfast hall could do with a bit of an update such as utensils. The food wasn't that great either. The breakfast was a bit sloppy and 9am.

    Clean friendly hotel, good location very close to where the meeting was

    No Iron in the room,tea/coffee facilities provided were there but inadequate due to there only being one tea bag and one satchet of sugar.

    Very comfortable well appointed room

    Expensive, but for London I guess not so bad. Bizarre that the restaurant doesn't open on a Saturday night. Only two portions of milk and tea bags, four would have been nice.

    Central location but still quiet so uninterrupted sleep. Have stayed in Inner city hotels and found it very noisy. Excellent price for London Hotel. Hotel offered triple room (few hotels offer triple room in London). Close to London Underground
