    Excellent location, ideal for travel by air and airport express bus into City opposite Temple Meads Railway Station which gives you good links to elsewhere

    Breakfast and bar area is cluttered. Not a good idea to combine with reception. Not very comfortable to enjoy a quiet drink in the bar.

    "This hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are of adequate size and the city centre is only a ten minute walk, We had a minor problem with the car park mainly due to being wrongly advised by hotel staff as to how much money to put in the machine to cover our stay." (108307472)

    pillows to high got a stiff neck in the morning and i was expecting full english breakfast sausages beans eggs, egg not cereal and a piece of toast.

    Comfortable room, straightforward booking, parking etc, ease of access.

    It's a shame that there's not a separate bar and eating area, seems strange to be eating breakfast in what appears to be the foyer. Also, the breakfast choice was very limited.

    Courtesy of staff - cleanliness of hotel in general and room - relatively quiet - very convenient for train station

    Would appreciate more flexibility in bedding, as find the duvets too thick and not wide enough when two people in double bed - prefer sheets and possibility of blankets - not enough variety of breakfast food or healthy options

    "Mais très bon séjour. Bristol est une ville très sympa à visiter, surtout si vous combinez le séjour avec la visite de Bath." (107627929)

    Hotel pas si loin de la vieille ville ou des shopping centre (15 min à pied environ) avec possibilité d'avoir un parking pour 3 livres la journée, vraiment très raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais pas mauvais du tout (tartines et croissants). La chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain.

    Pas grand chose à dire, 2 soucis mineurs : -une petite odeur de remontée d'égout dans la salle de bain à certains moments -un vacarme de la part de voisins peu respectueux dans la nuit (aux alentours de 3h du matin et 7h30 du matin...) Dommage que dans ce pays où les caméras sont partout, personne n'intervient quand les gens font un boucan du diable à 3h du mat dans les couloirs ...

    I booked this room on behalf of my son who was on a late flight. On arrival at the hotel he was informed he would have to stay elsewhere. No-one rang me to inform me of this even though my contact details were given for this purpose. He was also charged more for the replacement hotel even though told that he would not be.

    I have no complaints whatsoever. Despite our corridor being in the process of redecoration, there was no inconvenience. The decorators were polite and considerate. Located opposite Bristol TM station makes the hotel very easy to find.

    Excellent staff--friendly, cooperative. Good location.

    Painting, redecoration was going on in the hall where we stayed and was a bit disruptive. We had to climb over paint buckets and wall paper to get to the elevator. At one point, I had paint all over my hands.

    Good beds and bathroom

    Room and corridor smelled of Pledge plus the fire alarm went off at 3.15 am, that was awful. Letter under the door explained that a shower had set it off? Noisy outside, sounded as if there was a disco in the hotel.

    Salle de bains peu fournie en savon et serviettes de toilettes. Sachets de the et cafe tres restreints pour un hotel de ce standing. DLes B&B sont souvent plus genereux .......

    It was available at short notice

    Noise - I try not to stay here - dustbin men every moring at 5.20. Walls paper this. Food is dire - drinks from a machine - but you get what you pay for!

    the room was comfotable, clean and quiet

    i thought the breakfast provision was v poor indeed. i would have liked,as abasic provision, fresh coffee, the orange juice was also v cheap quality. i was unpleasantly surprised to find a large TV on in the breakfast area (showing football)

    The hotel is Ideally located opposite the train station and a ten minute walk into the center of town. The staff all had a smile on their face and were extremly helpful.
