    "We had a pleasant and stress free break. Staff were very helpful and went out of the way to assist us in making the most of our stay" (108163068)

    we were a little unsure of wether this hotel would be suitable for young children but the staff found us a quiet area away from a large party for us to have dinner and offered smaller meals for the children. Rooms were well appointed and spacious for a family

    Comfortable room with bath & shower en suite, and good catering (two breakfasts and one dinner)

    Noisy dance evening which did not interfere with our enjoyment at all as it finished at a reasonable hour. However it is a point that one needs to be aware of.

    Was amazing all round special mention to the night porter as i requested late check in and he was great.

    Very nice atmosphere, wonderful old building, friendly service, fire in the fire places, very relaxing SPA

    english breakfast was not done by the minute but stored in jars, scrambled eggs like soup, no beans...

    "My stay would have got off to a better start if the booking agency had informed the hotel of my booking. When I arrived - in late evening - at the hotel, the receptionist had no knowledge of my booking. Fortunately, a room was available." (97197524)

    Beautiful surroundings, building very grand inside and out, room comfortable, well furnished and a good temperature.

    Room very small, despite paying extra for an upgraded room. remote control on TV didn't work.

    "The hotel was everything I expected at the time of booking. It location near to Warwick, but set in its own private grounds, made it an ideal romantic break location. Both my girlfriend and I enyoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning there in the future." (97200300)

    The hotel offered the ideal backdrop for a ramantic break for girlfriend and I. The room was spacious and airy with great facilities.

    All very good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely setting

    No mobile phone reception except half way down the drive, not good in wet weather.

    "Had a wonderful time but slightly marred by a hen party also staying. Spa facilities were good too. There was an extra &85 added to our bill at the end for no reason but it was soon taken off. Would advise them that their gardens could be fantastic but looked very tired and full of weeds." (99176232)

    "Can't fault the Hotel or the attractions (Warwick castle). An excellet long weekend stay whether on business or pleasure. Food was very good and staff friendly, rooms comfortable and if inside of your budget i would stay in the Mansion complex for ease of facilities (bar/dinning room/room service)." (99394076)

    Beautiful Building and grounds with alot of history attached to it Inclusive of the 12thC Church in the grounds. Rooms are well equiped. Location is well placed for a 10-15 min drive to Warwick Centre. A personal thankyou to the nighporter. A most pleasent chap who really made my stay and a compliment to the hotel's staff. Say HI to him if you visit.

    Excellent service, good food

    "only one complaint in the restrant my steak was rare and should of been medium well done, it put me of my dinner. when the waiting staff ask me if it was ok i explained and was told i should of said earlier and they could of cooked it.i was already put of. but no sorry.and also somebody put there restrant bill on our room number,and we paid. then i queiried the amount and it was credited back but no real apology meade me feel like i shuoldn`t of complained.these things spoilt the break but every thing else was great."     the accommodation was very in keeping with the hotel.it was clean with lots of mirrors! the bed was comfortable and beding was fresh. veiws were superb.

    it was not no long enough to take it all in.

    nearly everything about hotel was excellent

    only thing to pick fault with. was the shower in room low pressure only fault you could pick.

    "We have just spent an excellent night at Wroxall in the Mansion House. Our room was lovely with the added benefit of the Four Poster Bed, and the other room booked for just one person was also good with plenty of room in both bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms were well furnished with the bathroom having all mod-cons, lots of good towels and toiletries. We used the swimming pool which again was excellent with towels in pentiful supply. Just one thing here, it would have been nice if the heating had been on in the changing room, as it was somewhat cold, particularly on bare feet! However, the pool itself was heated just right and the shower after our swim was good. The staff were attentive overall, very pleasant and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. A real credit to the hotel. The dinner we had in the evening was excellent, and on the Friday when we stayed we had the added bonus of a live Jazz Trio playing whilst we ate, a really nice touch, overall a really good relaxed evening. Breakast was also very good with lots to choose from - Continental or full English - beautfully presented. The web-site for the hotel was very imformative, easy to use and could not fault it therefore there was nothing more I would have like to have known before making the booking." (99289044)
