    "Déçu dans l'ensemble, la chambre est minuscule, pas assez de place de parking pour la totalité des clients, l'accès au parking en voiture quasi dangereux, l'état de l'hotel est limite, la salle de bains tombe en ruine, télé minuscule, bref à éviter absoluement..." (108250553)

    Quaint, nicely presented room

    I cannot see from which room you would overlook the castle -and I would not describe our room as overlooking the river -it overlooked a carpark. The road running behind, alongside and infront of the hotel is very, very busy - however, the rooms do have air conditioning, soyou can keep your window closed.

    "When we arrived we thought oh dear! as the initial appearance is a jumble of buildings all a bit scruffy and it is, particularly the extra car park at the back. But the place grew on us. The room was comfortable and the restaurant dinner very good indeed - perfect for just an overnight stay. It seems from the building permit sign on the outside that the hotel is being refurbished and at the moment this has not been finished, in fact hardly begun. Its location is noisy and there are other much nicer restaurants in the old village itself but when/if refurbished it could make a good stopping point for a short stay." (3304455290)

    Room was clean and functional if a little sparsely furnished and bed was very comfortable - the hotel appears to be being refurbished. Staff were very friendly and owner charming.The restaurant outside whilst again a bit sparse in decoration gave us an excellent dinner.

    Location a bit noisy for eating outside as it is right by the river bridge and main road into Villeneuve.

    "The staff were very friendly. The room was simple but with charm and very clean with a very nice deep tub. I could hear the river from my room. And the restaurant is seriously one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. You absolutely must try the eggplant tarte with filet rouget (a red fish). I was over here working for the Cannes Festival and it was so nice to escape the craziness of Cannes and come home everynight to Hotel du Parc. The staff treated me like an old friend and family. In fact, there was a tragedy back home in LA and they were so sympathetic, supportive and flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you all next year!" (3304614872)

    "This is a small informal hotel overlooking the river and by the bridge entering Villeneuve-Loubet. The images don't do the hotel justice. Whilst it isn't a stunning building or location, it is in a great loaction and deserves better photography than that on the site. We arrived too late for dinner but were directed to later opening restaurants. The room was simple yet perfectly comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also fairly basic but extremely tasty. All in all, a great experience and excellent value." (3304600234)

    "We spent 2 nights here at the end of an 11 day tour of France and Italy. The hotel is extremely easy to find, being next the bridge that forms the access road to the village. The river was right outside. The twin room was comfortable and modern. The restaurant provides breakfast and evening meals as required and the pizzas are hand made and cooked in the wood burning oven in view of the diners. The restauarant staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very good value." (3304551318)

    "Suited our purpose for an overnight stay on our way to Italy. Picked area at random on the Internet and had no complaints. I had difficulty trying to get booking information on the Internet for several other hotels in this region and gave up, but found making a booking at this hotel easy - fast, with clear information. In our case, we appreciated the nearness to the Autoban and we preferred this area to the busier coastal towns and cities. Instructions for finding hotel easy to follow.     "Brilliant! We were a group of 8 friends on a touring holiday who stopped for only a couple of nights. The hotel is somewhere we would definately stop again and for longer as it made an excellent base for the surrounding area, but was also positioned next to excellent restaurants in a quiet setting."     The hotel is easy to find and we received an excellent welcome from the owner. On arrival we were shown around the rooms booked and soon settled in. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning much appreciated.

    None. The hotel provides excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay.
