    "The hotel is in the old part of the city which is great for sight seeing. Also there are some really nice restaurants and bars in the area. " (108111119)

    very clean hotel ,reception staff very nice and helpful, good level of English too. very central location. triple room was good quality, good value for money would definitely recommend this hotel

    Location by car difficult to access due to one way system in Nantes and also pedestrianised area. Also parking isnt covered in cost of hotel which an be misleading on Hotel info. its a public parking area, its not expensive though.Nantes is really lovely city though so even though it took an hour to get to hotel we had lovely trip around city!

    Excellent central location for all needs. Very clean accommodation

    Room is small but certainly adequate for time spent in it. Noise from outside -had to shut french doors at night, so worth taking a fan with you in hot weather.

    excellent rooms and very clean. No time limit for checking in so you can arrive when you want.

    Very convenient central position, and one minute's walk away from the best brasserie in Nantes.

    It is not the hotel's fault, but the ome way system makes Nantes a nightmare to navigate in a car. Take a detailed city map with you before entering. You have been warned.

    Accueil général très chaleureux. Proposition immédiate d'un plateau repas car arrivée tardive. Hôtel de charme, confortable et très joliment décoré. Très bien isolé.

    Pas de points négatifs, mais plutôt petit bémol, une porte d'entrée grinçante sur l'étage.

    la ville de Nantes est jolie et les gens sont très chaleureux, toujours prêts à vous aider, souriants.Les attractions sont interressantes les machines de l'île sont surprenantes. Le prix des transports en commun sont très peu onéreux.

    "Centre of town, but not a noisy street and the double glazing worked very well. Free internet in foyer was useful when I left my jacket in an Irish Bar and had to cancel my credit card. Hotel staff gave me a spare key until I retrieved jacket, and were very pleasant about it. The 12noon check-out is generous and very useful when you don't get to bed until 5.45am....." (99140289)

    Minor niggle would be no proper shower, just shower taps in bath.

    Central position- very friendly and helpful staff

    No towel in bathroom on arrival. No stand-in shower cubicle. Room light bulb not replaced quickly enough.

    "The staff were very friendly and could converse in English. The accomodation was excellent. The children loved the idea of having their own room with en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was excellent although a little pricy." (3304319806)

    We liked the idea of plenty of room as although we booked a family room it was actually two rooms with an additional door which could be locked

    Friendly staff, clean accommodation, close to all attractions and airport.

    In august we had to open window at night as it was too hot in room and there was a lot of noise in the alley way from 2 -7am ie. Somebody was playing music very loud at 6.30am and scooters passing , refuse collection on one morning.

    "would stay at this hotel again we found it very clean and suprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel it is within walking distance to the many restaurants in the old town area. nantes also has two parks worth visiting. on the advice of a young local couple we took a 1hour train jouney to the coastal resort of la boulle which was indeed a very pretty seaside resort with a 8kilos beach i would recommend if you have the time, spend a day or stopover you will not be dissapointed" (3304655701)

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

    Unfortunately, fridge and one bedside lamp were not working. I specified a double bed rather than single, the mattress was rather too soft.
