"Really happy with hotel and would gladly stay there again" (108621092)

Great setting - easy to find, close to Congress centre and railway station while being in "historic" centre. Great staff who recognised me by name, good breakfast. free Wifi (in lobby), gorgeous artworks on the walls and antique furniture

No spare power point for charging phone, laptop etc except in the bathroom. No full length mirror in the room.

"Very nice hotel, large airy rooms, nice public areas, exellent location only two - three minutes walk from railway station. Location in the middle of florence is to die for, short walks to everything and still the room was so quiet we could sleep with the window open. Friendly and knowledgable staff, but dont bother asking for restaurant reccomandations they tend to reccomend touristy places. When it comes to breakfast, dont bother with the one at the hotel since it does not really measure up. Small selection and not worth the 15euro the charge per person. All in all though very nice hotel, classy, friendly, great location, nice rooms and a very nice experience." (2074630)

"I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful, and dinner in the restaurant was superb. The decor was attractive and tasteful - I would have no hestitation in recommending this hotel. A great location, quite central with wonderful views over Florence...and a Christmas tree on the balcony!!" (1744171)

Lovely room, very clean, wonderful view and a Christmas tree on the balcony!

A small wardrobe - not much hanging space. Perhaps the decor needed refreshing - a bit faded and chipped.

"Mi estancia en el hotel ha resultado muy agradable, en todos los sentidos. Repetiría, sin lugar a dudas." (1526910)

Excelente ubicación. Excelente lencería y limpieza en habitación.

Tiene falta de remodelación de algunas cosas: moquetas... Desayuno poco variado, escaso.
