    Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar, hat eine gute Lage und man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt! Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber (ausser der Teppich)!

    Check-in zu unpersönlich / es wurde ein Depot für evtl. Ausgaben verlangt obwohl ich den gesamten Aufenthalt bei meiner Anreise Cash bezahlt hattte, das ist ein bisschen frech ;-) / keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer, Teppichboden ist unhygienisch

    Great facilities. Loved the water cooler and bottles by the lift; clean room, well equipped - kitchenette had two burner hob, fridge and microwave. Lovely shower; delicious breakfast

    Easy to find, good price on London marathon weekend, very comfortable bed.

    Cups etc were full of dust, as was the desk area. Curtain for small shower area didn't prevent the floor being flooded. Lobby coffee machine ran out of water and then milk and it took some time to get those replenished.

    peaceful, secure,clean, comfortable, great value, kitchenette a bonus!Room not too hot or cold (just right)Somewhere to leave luggage for part of the day after checkout. Was also very impressed with being allowed to check in a bit earlier. Loved the complimentary tea/coffee/water in the lounge area /entrance to the hotel, and hotel well placed for Wetherspoons, M and S and mcdonalds

    Ran out of Toilet roll!! Was'nt sure if once they were gone they were gone! So did,nt mention it. Did'nt run out until the last day of our stay.Would not call that a bad point though (it would not stop me staying again) We were partly there for leisure and for one of the family to attend a tournament nearby,so the hotel was really handy for the tournament, but a slightly not so good point was that it was a bit far away from the parts of London we wanted to visit.

    Great location for what I wanted (there are no other hotels close by that I could find), not too noisy, helpful staff. Also, the restaurant manager very kindly obtained semi-skimmed milk for me for breakfast (which I had requested during my previous stay - see comments below).

    The restaurant usually only has full fat milk in the restaurant at breakfast time. If the hotel is unable to offer a choice of milks (like almost every other hotel in my experience does) then surely it should offer semi-skimmed as the choice as this will be the most acceptable to those wanting fully skimmed or full fat. In my experience few people these days want full-fat and while it is not pleasant to those who prefer semi-skimmed it is completely unacceptable to most that prefer fully skimmed. I suspect it is the chef who prefers full fat for cooking but this is not what the majority of the guests want. Also, I'm not a great fan of the computerised check-in (I prefer to deal with humans). To put this in perspective, I am very pro technology but when the hotel has made a mistake with the booking (as it had the last time I stayed when the hotel attempted to charge me the wrong rate (which differed from that confirmed on the booking which fortunately I had a copy of)) then you need the assistance of a human to correct it anyway and it is preferable to be able to ask questions of the receptionist during the check-in process. Fortunately, there are humans around too but they still seem to insist that you use the computerised check-in (for those who haven't seen these they are similar to airport self check-in terminals).

    tres bon rapport qualité prix. Sur le plan de Londres l'hotel semble excentré mais il se trouve qu'à 4 stations de piccadily, trés calme, personnel accueillant, chambre spacieuse, trés propre et petites prestations supplémentaires tres appréciables. C'est sur, si je retourne à Londres je ne chercherai pas ailleurs.

    les travaux à côté de l'hotel, le chantier a démarré un peu tôt le matin mais l'hotel n'y est pour rien !

    Efficient, easy, good location

    NOISY! Got woken up 3x during the night/ morning by other guests (doors not very sound proof) and by the pub next door getting its bottle bins emptied at 6.45am. On saturday morning.

    Hotel was clean and staff very helpfull. I moved to a different suite, it was alot better and advertising was right. Cd player or ipod player in rooms

    Advertises Queen bed, its not! Kitchenette in first room was just a microwave and coffee maker, dusty. No baths or kettle in studio room. Lifts take ages to get you

    "I was really pleased with this hotel, the location was the best bit as it was so easy to get to work during the week and then at the weekend it was quiet and absolutely no problem to get to the tourist attractions. I stay in London a lot and this was one of the best value stopovers I've ever found. Only shame is that you can't book it Monday to Wednesdays." (107567391)

    Really good value, great location for the city, nice clean room, friendly staff who knew the area, easy place to get to.

    In room refreshments were a little dissapointing, the locale shuts down completely at the weekend

    very enjoyable - liked the room

    strong smell of smoke when in the lobby and in the hallways - room was okay. heating in room was either freezing or very hot.

    Clean, inexpensive, decent room (good size, comfy bed, modern)

    Not obvious how to use the lift (room key at knee level, no instruction that this was required).
