    Very warm room and the television was quite a large size for the room. No bedside table or lamp for one side of the bed but it was adequate.

    Was not asked if we wanted breakfast in morning. We could smell it cooking but decided to buy breakfast on our travel back home.

    Bed comfortable. High-quality fixtures and fittings in en-suite bathroom. No intrusive noise disturbance.

    No milk supplied with complementary tea and coffee. Poor fitting door between room and corridor meant that corridor light visible in the room once the lights in the room were extinguished, which was annoying.

    "We choose the hotel for its reasonable price for one room with two bedsand its quiet location. Travelling cost to the centre of London has to be added but are low as we used the daily travelling ticket also extensively in the centre. " (107379738)

    very clean, lovely garden and conservatory, had had a long hot day, so it was great to spend some time cooling off in the garden which was very secluded and shady with flowering pergola honeysuckle and wisteria.

    very spartan, bit scruffy, tv reception not great buzzed a bit

    "Not the best nights sleep but having been in a more reputable hotel the previous week, I did have a much better nights sleep in this hotel in comparison. Overall, very good value for money." (107302581)

    Overall clean and excellent value for money when compared to others in the area(at least 60% cheaper than other "reputable" hotels in the area.

    The floor boards were creaking a bit in our room and you could hear people talking and using the toilet facilities from adjoining rooms. Once people start to wake, around 7am, not much chance of getting any further sleep.

    Location to the event I was attending. Clean and tidy room. Facilities were good in the room.

    As I was an early riser, I could not have the breakfast before I went out. Maybe, A variety cereal pack and some biscuits and fresh milk?

    It is a nice quiet hotel in the South Croydon and I have really enjoy staying there. The wireless internet was a great value added to the staying there so that I could stayed in touch with my family and did all the research regarded the seminar I was atending. The hotel offered everything I needed at that moment. And they cleaned the room every day!

    The only "bad" thing was the pressure of the water from the pipe. But It was not something that I would be annoyed or unhappy about. It just could be better.

    "it was horrible, i will never go there again!" (107337287)

    the bathroom door is too small, there was no heating in the room, staircase too narrow, i stayed only 1 night but was billed for 2 and they didnt bother to ask why i diudnt stay the second night. it was a horrible experience. i had to check into another hotel while my booking was running!

    Location, cleanliness, staff

    I got a room vith a very small window to wich I had to climb to get it open. The room was located at the main coridor with a lot of other guests passing by. Above the room there was another coridor, wich have a squiqy floor (every time someone steps over it makes a sound) so the overall sleeping was not satisfying. next time I will request the room in the upper flor!!!

    "Very pleasurable - but then I didn't demand much - and it was good value for money." (107314437)

    The hotel was clean and the room was adequate for my needs. Had a sizeable bathroom with good shower and a bedroom with a reasonable quality TV set. All you need for a one night stopover.

    Not many. Room was too hot when I arrived and that was easily rectified. Although it was a single room I do wish hotels would move away from traditional single beds. It's a personal thing but I can't sleep soundly in a bed in which I have no space to move or spread out. Otherwise no problems.

    "A good basic place to stay in the outskirts of London, clean and comfortable and good value for money, never tried the food as I was starting work too early in the morning,when checking in you are shown where all the menus are for the local take aways and delivery places and soare not made to feel guilty about eating on the premises as many places try to."     Clean room,great bathroom and shower,plenty of free parking (mainly on roadside but it is a quiet residential area with plenty of spaces).

    Realtively cheap and very polite check in staff.

    TINY single room adjacent to main corridor on ground floor with wooden flooring. Noisy and no mirrow at all in the room. Totally inadequate space.
