    24 hour reception which was excellent as we came in very late one evening. Breakfast more than adequate, even though it wasn't a full English. Rooms adequately furnished for a couple of nights. Very good value for money.

    Could have done with a double bed, instead of two single beds together.

    My email confirmation advised a 2pm check in but when we arrived the receptionist was rude and said actually it is a 4pm check in. I have stayed here before and it was 2pm check in then and all the websites i looked at before booking said 2pm check in so i was surprised when she advised it was 4pm and we were too early! She then managed to find us a room but when we opened the door it was still dirty and had not been turned around yet. Having stayed in the hotel before in a executive room i don't believe the room we were eventually put in was executive and i paid for an executive twin. Overall the arrival and check in was very bad and the receptionist rude and unfriendly. However, the other receptionists on the next day was lovely and very helpful and the rest of the stay went without any problems.

    Excellant reception Staff. Good clean Rooms

    Breakfast complaint, (passed also to reception staff afterwards) - dirty teapots, which I refused to use. (dead tea leaves, stuck on the side of 5, or 6 teapots I pointed out) Breakfast staff response "that's how the dishwasher leaves them". Rob's response, "that's not good enough. Clean them by hand!" Check In - poor directions/instructions, once IMI site found. Reception staff have told you about this and do their best to deal with: poor site directions on website booking print out - why not say follow Conference sign, not Reception Signage - needs to be Conference AND Residence/Accomodation, and a decent sign at the checkin point - I couldn't find one, telephoned and reception staff came out to wave at me. very helpful, but shouldn't be necessary.

    checked us into wrong room where other people were staying- bit embarrasing. Also cards kekpt cancelling or not being properly reactivated

    "Excellent value for a business quest who does not require frills. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Continental Breakfast only provided. The hotel is tucked away in the grounds of the IMI and took some finding, the car park is rather isolated and not well lit and I imagine would be quite desolate on a dark winters night. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Luas and from Dundrum shopping centre." (97425011)

    "An excellent place to stay in Dublin, it is out of the centre but that means it is very quiet, very near to Dundrum which has a very new, very large shopping area with designer shops if you want that. We will stop here again on our next trip to Dublin, within walking distance to the new tram system in Dublin, but the taxi drivers are very friendly and give you alot of local info. Can bring in food from local takeaways (they also deliver if you have no transport) wine and soft drinks available to buy at reception. Excellent." (3304929997)

    Very clean, very quiet, staff were extreemly helpful. Breakfast had a very good continental choice.

    very clean, good parking and very handy to where I was going to

    the bed clothes were very 'short' and only came to my chest! and the shower was petty woeful with no water output

    it was a very reasonable price - and handy for getting the luas into city centre

    i thought that the walk down to the main gate was a bit lonely and quite and i thought that the interior of recept was needing a lick of fresh paint

    Room was nice and spacious and decorated nicely, modern

    No air con in the room - the day had been very hot and the windows were huge however you could only open a tiny bit of the window and the room was therefore unbearably hot - I asked for a fan but was told none were available which I thought in a conference centre was ridiculous. My parents stayed in a room on the same corridoor and their night was also unbearable with the heat. None of us were able to sleep, I would have expected to be provided with a fan at least. Also there was no bar area in such a big venue.

    The location, it was too far from Dublin, and very quiet, the hotel looked a bit like a 1970's council estate all built from concrete blocka

    Excellent location set in beautiful gardens quite near to the Dundrum High Street. Good rooms etc

    "The local area of Dundrum was lovely and very good to visit. Dublin City Centre was about 10 minutes in the train but staying out of town as also good as less hussle and bussle. Overall our group of 14 adults enjoyed the whole weekend." (3304762932)

    Overall the hotel and staff were excellent.

    The journy to Dublin City Centre took longer than was advertised on website.

    Value for money

    Room too warm - no tempeature control No fridge - cold water would have been lovely One of the nights was very disturbed by very noisy guests? having a party outside the hotel. The night porter apparently heard noise but did not investigate - he should have done so. Equally we should have complained to him at the time but didn't.

    very nice welcome, and good valvue for money place. Ideal for a short stay.

    a little hot in the room over night, but the weather was warm, maybe you need some air con fitted ?

    "It was nice enough , but if we had known it was actually a college we wouldnt have booked it as it was like having a bedroom in a school. The staff were very nice but it just wasnt what we expected and we wouldnt visit again or recommend as a place to stay when visiting Dublin." (3304108706)

    The taxi we ordered didnt turn up and it was too far to Temple Bar. Also we didnt realise it wasnt a hotel when we booked it is a college and there was no bar !!
