    convenience of booking on line

    wash basin sink and the bath tub sink : the water was not flowing smoothly and inspite of complaints nothing was done have it corrected TV did not have any English language channels and it seemed that the hotel was eager to get the guests to watch PY TV

    forte odeur d'urine dans les sanitaires de la chambre. Nettoyage trop rapide de la chambre avant notre arrivée ? Une personne très limite à l'accueil le Samedi en fin d'apm

    "Staff were friendly and helpfull, buffet breakfast was good. Left the car there for a full 24 hrs without problems. Pity the rooms where not up to standard. All I can say is that the bed was comfortable wich was the most important thing." (97079255)

    Location to main road network and public transport systems, Underground car parking at a reasonable price.

    Room was very worn, unclean. Refurbishment required !

    It was easy to book via Internet and was close to the Metro / Rugby Stadium

    It was very basic and desperately needed upgrading.

    "I would be happy to recommend this hotel if the price was lower. The room was small although quite clean. Although it was located next to Paris' busiest road, and my room overlooked it, it was reasonably sound-proofed. Quality of breakfast was quite good. I could not fault the staff, who were helpful and polite." (97888516)

    It just happened to be available. Paris was very busy last weekend. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was OK.

    Slightly tired facilities. It was expensive for what it was. Noisy location next to Perepherique.

    "Rooms were clean apart from numerous stains on the carpet (and to be honest, what do you expect for a bargain price?). Although quite far from tourist sites we were staying near a metro station. Did not actually use the restaurant but it seemed quite nice. We found that (perhaps because we were not French), if we went to the front desk we were ignored by staff for lengthy periods of time before being grudgingly seen to. In addition, when we were trying to sort out an error (on the hotel's part) on the bill, we overheard staff talking to each other and referring to us as 'crazy americans' - our knowledge of French was not quite so poor as they thought. In general, we found them very rude. In all, i would not recommend this hotel as this rudeness started to grate after a while, despite the fact that we only stayed there to sleep! If you can find another hotel for a similar price, you should probably go for that instead!" (3304861783)

    Pretty good value for money (we stayed in a quadruple room), and the rooms were clean.

    With one single exception, staff were surly.

    "They make you pay the full amount up front ... which is unfair because if you are unhappy with the service you have no comeback. If they book you a taxi, and it happens to come early, they do not inform you that the meter runs not from the time you booked but from the second the taxi arrives ... they don't tell you this, nor do they 'phone to let you know the taxi has come. Rooms with interconnecting doors are left open .. so your luggage and room contents can be accessed by other guests. The house keeping isn't the best, when I opened my towels fried onions fell out!!"     "This is our second stay at the hotel in 2005 and in 2003. We came back because we knew it, price was good and didn't want the hassles of searching for another hotel for a one night stay. Location is a bit out of the way for a tourist as there's nothing to do nearby. A lot of tour groups seem to use it though. If coming to Paris again I would start looking for another hotel better located but definitely keep this one as our fall back. Of all the hotels we stayed at across 9 countries and three trips to Europe this would be in the top half." (2157041)

    Hotel is clean, affordable and has a great breakfast

    The late night staff weren't up to the standards of the day staff. Ability in English was limited. We asked for a large taxi for 4 and luggage and got a regular size one that made for an awkward trip o the airport

    Petit déjeuner satisfaisant bien que cher.

    Le plan associé sur le net ne correspondait pas à la réalité. Je voyais l'hôtel près du Bd Pereire alors qu'il est en fait Porte de Clichy. Cela m'a fait perdre presque 1 heure puisque je suis descendu à Wagram au lieu de Porte de Clichy (ligne différente !).
