    convenient location opposite echo arena for concert attended and also for the events at the dock.

    room too stuffy and a bit noisy as near to the kitchen. could do with air con. also no shampoo or toiletries in the room, and when we asked for some the staff never obliged.

    "Although the hotel was up front about the lack of car parking, and provided a pass that gave half price parking in the Echo Arena car park, it was nevertheless a 5/7 minute trek that, with luggage was a chore." (97116153)

    "As mentioned, the car parking situation was better than the website suggested. On 7th Jan at 5.45am the fire alarm went off. Everything went smoothly and it was all over in 20mins. It would have been good to have been informed about what was going on. I suspect it was a fire drill, but a member of staff should have apologised for the inconvenience. Instead we were told that it was ok and we could go back to our rooms. I think that the photo on the website and the fact that a friend had recommended the hotel was the reason I chose to go there."     I loved the hotel for its location and because it was a converted warehouse, and they had kept the integrity of an old building but it was still a comfortable hotel. The website said that there was no parking and might have put us off if we had been travelling by car. In fact there is a multi-story car park nearby and a few parking bays near the hotel. I loved the views and the friendliness of the staff.

    Although the hotel was super, I'm not very happy with the Express breakfasts. There should be yogurt, and a wider range of fruit, also it was just cut bread on offer.

    Good location for the city facilities that I was interested in

    the clothes hanger - plastic holders for individual hangers unable to support weight of heavier items due to wear - require replacement.

    "Major fault of this hotel is that it has no facility for food,to get any evening meals you have to drive outside the docks into town and the parings has a lot to be desired, we stayed for 3 days and the park and disply car park charges " (99983393)

    "Very friendly staff, willing to help with all my requests. Could not find any faults with this hotel. One small issue, only needed a single room but had to pay for a double. Some hotels I have stayed in will only charge for a single if they only have double rooms left." (99665618)

    "situated on the docks with lovely views, within walking distance of the town centre. just out the door you have nice shops and places of interest, and also very nice places to eat and drink. i would recommend this place to anyone visiting Liverpool and look forward to staying there again."
