    "An absolute joke!!!!!" (108200795)

    Check-in was the worst i have ever experienced. the staff spoke very poor english and their attitude was poor. i had a booking confirmation in front of me and yet i still had to phone the office for them to clarify booking. i was sent back and too to my room for recipts that i had actually paid for dinner, and then again for breakfast. it was ridiculous

    Bit too far for travelling into London (if that is the plan).

    Room was spotless

    Nobody at reception when I checked in/out; no tooth glass or biscuit or soap in room; influx of upwards of 100 people for breakfast all at once meant I had to go without: staff seemed unable to cope.

    "Very nice hotel. Ease of access was excellent. Buffet breakfast very efficiently run. However, Sky news blaring on the TVs in the breakfast room was not appreciated. Minor hiccups but overall, a very enjoyable stay." (108659825)

    Room was well equiped. Iron & Ironing board was much appreciated. Room was very modern and clean.

    I am a member of the Wyndam Rewards club. I was not asked for my membership number at check in and had to remind the check in clerk twice to register my visit on my rewards. Also did not receive my drink and bar, at check in (as part of my rewards)

    Excellent taff, brilliant value for money, very well insulated, spacious and very comfortable bed!

    only bad point is that although it is only 1.2 miles from edgware station, because it's on the oposite side of the track it it takes half an hour to get there... but thats not really the hotels fault!

    Clean and practical facilities, especially the rooms, satisfactory dining room, friendly staff, very good value for money.

    Some minor niggles with the room (shower head leaky), hiccups concerning breakfast reservations (twice), GPS found it hard to locate the address, but the main issue for me was difficulty of access to the surrounding urban area... Not your fault I know, but I chose the hotel for its proximity to friends, but I could not get off the access road as it is blocked, so I had to do a 20km round trip instead of 2km.

    fire alarm went off three seperate times in the early hours of the morning and it was left up to the guests to check if this was a fault or real fire.

    Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent value for money. Staff attentive and helpful. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Parking easy - lots of room. Position of hotel very convenient.

    Would have appreciated at least one drawer and maybe some toiletries

    Nice room, clean and bright. Good breakfast.

    Nofridge in room. Windows wouldn't close thus getting lot of noise from the railway track at night when trains go passed. Our own towel was taken away by house keeping even though it was kept serperately.

    I admit, I expected the Days in to be cheap and cheerful, with few facilities and a skeleton staff. It was nice to see open and friendly bar facilities, a coffee shop, and a bright and welcoming arrival. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet, bearing in mind its proximity to the motorway and railway line.

    There was a damp smell in the bathroom but it wasn't overly distressing. Breakfast didn't start til 6.30am which I missed as I had to leave at 6.15am

    pleasant staff , quiet room , comfortable bed, easy access from M1 and location close to Golders Green, where I attended a conference.

    Stayed for two nights and room not cleaned at all on the second day. My husband returned to the room at about 12 noon and informed staff of the situation. However, when we returned later about 10.30pm, it was the same. Used cups, unmade bed , used towels and tea coffee etc. had not been replenished.

    Breakfast service was under pressure, not enough staff, specially in Kitchen. No egg or beans at start, had to wait to be cooked before returning to servery.

    the hotel was very clean, spacious and the breakfast was nice.

    the room did not have any windows to open so got very stuffy and would have preferred 2 double beds instead of queen and beds on floor.

    Pleasant reception staff, smart reception area, very good breakfast buffet (like the fact you can take it back on a tray to your room if you want to), ample parking space, rooms pleasantly spacious.

    1. If you get allocated a room on the 'railway side' of the hotel, you do notice the odd noisy train (one woke me up in the middle of the night). 2. no plastic wrapped cups in the bathroom anymore for some reason 3. No late book-out or early book-in option is available yet (another hotel chain allows you to stay in your room until 2pm and/or book in your room early for an extra £10, which is a useful facility on occasions).

    Room seemed dirty. Sofa cover stained in a number of places. Bed sheet had a hole in it. Dark patched under bed sheet. Did not check further!

    Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast good, easy admin systems, very clean hotel and pleasant spacious room.

    Shortage of pillows, cheap rubbish for toilet paper, hard towels, loose toilet seat.
