    A nice clean room, a very nice bathroom with a excellent shower, very friendly staff

    no ordinary chair in room making it difficult to write or use a lap top computer

    The overall of the hotel was good

    The cleaning of the bathroom requires better and more thought as behind the door there was quite a lot of dirt and the mattress sank in the middle

    Paid £10.00 for BT openaccess but found the connection to be very poor - kept dropping out. Purchased a pay as you go modem from Vodafone & found this far more satisfactory.

    The hotel was clean and well presented

    We were given a standard room when we had booked an executive room, receptionist blaming the booking clerk despite taking the payment for the executive room. There was no refrigerator in the executive room we were given, and on the second night we had to change to another room as the Television broke down. Three room moves in a stay of two nights is totally unacceptable, with lack of concern and inexperience of dealing with complaints by the duty receptionist.

    Easy to book. Option of first or ground floor room. Receptionist helpful.

    The only down side was that the bed was much softer than I am used to.

    Room filthy, toilet appauling, dead beetle on floor and massive spider, no toilet roll or cups or milk, carpet badly stained, mattress lumpy, no extra pillows or beding and only one towel

    Convenient, pleasant staff, clean.

    TV had very poor picture. We asked about this and were told it was something to do with the satelite signal that could not be put right. Food in the next door service station was poor.

    "Good value for money - got a good night's sleep ready for another few hours' drive next day. To be fair to hotel, I arrived quite late so I didn't bother to report the bathroom problems so they didn't get a chance to resolve." (107582324)

    Attractive, clean hotel, large attractive room, comfy bed, quiet (no noise from Motorway). Very good shower. Nice chocolate biscuit! Free parking on site.

    Bathroom looks nice but was unable to draw hotter than lukewarm water for a bath when I arrived and plug-hole was blocked so took ages to drain. Sink taps sprayed water out sideways so had to stand a certain way so as not to get sprayed. Also, largish puddle of water gathered behind toilet - looked like clean water and didn't smell though.

    "Generally good basic hotel, set in a motorway service area, but did not affect sleeping. Basic food outlets, Have to explore if you want more upmarket meal." (107825357)

    Good location for the RAF Museum. Easy check-in

    Lighting and power system linked to key card, one person leaves the room with keycard everything turns off, not good at night with someone left in the room.

    Reception staff were superb - polite and welcoming. Attitude toward pet owners is outstanding - we were not made to feel like second class citizens - unlike Travelodge who charge ridiculous rates for pets. Thank you!!

    Next to a 24 hour service station. Staff very friendly. Felt safe. Car parking was free and no problems. Good value for money.
