  Situation géographique au centre de mes affaires excellente.

  Service du petit-déjeuner très faible. Table encombrée avec services utilisés non-rangés. Petits-pains de mauvaise qualité et choix pas en ligne avec coût.

  "Location is of upmost importance to me. I realise some have made comments regarding the amount of traffic on the street, but as long as the windows were closed, I truly did not notice any noise. I found many locations within walking distance (theatres) and the city centre was only a few stops on the Metro. The staff when I arrived were very, very polite and accomodating. I felt my room was well-cleaned and quickly cleaned each day." (97056020)

  The location is superb in regards to Metro, restaurants, and sites.

  There was a telephone call made to me, but the person at the desk at that time stated that no one with my name was staying at the hotel.

  "The rooms are small but very adequate,we had a room with a balcony, very French ! Bathroom modern and clean. Only one English speaking channel on the tv, CNN, wish there were more choices. Staff were very informative and friendly. would definately stay here again and will recommend to friends." (97189257)

  Room was clean. Handy for public transport. Fairly close to the centre of paris.

  "We were not given rooms with double beds for single use as requested. One room was changed 3 times before one came up to scratch.The receptionist was indifferent, not to say rude, claiming the hotel was full. Only on threatening to leave did my colleague receive an adequate room. There was inadequate provision for tea and coffeee in the rooms. Once it was clear that only one person was in each room half the towels were removed.!!! A very disappionting stay in a Best Western a group I have used before in France, Germany and Greece."   "The hotel is attractive, clean and well run. It's in a good location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The main problem is the noise from the busy main road which is only partially blocked out by the double glazing. Also the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well." (1539309)

  "Before visiting Paris I was not sure of the best area to stay. Although the hotel was in a busy working street it was very easy to find and close to the Metro for excellent tourist transport links. The staff were very friendly and polite and although the hotel was clean and well presented it was very noisy outside on the Saturday which is to be expected and the room was double glazed which helped a little. Breakfast was good although a little expensive for what it was." (1504495)
