    friendliness of Staff, uniqueness of hotel, beds, location - close to train station. Good facilities

    Ground floor and poor curtains. Bins outside which meant noise at 5:30am

    Shame about the prostitutes propositioning guests upon entering and leaving the hotel.

    Nice hotel, welcome drink on arrival

    Annoying to have to choose between paying in local currency or in own currency to a lousy rate each time. (Relevant if you visit the hotel regularly.) Foreigners pay extra charge for using credit card, while danes do not pay such extra charge for paying with Danish credit card.

    Beatiful room, quiet street, comfortable lounge, friendly staff

    Even if it was a non-smoking hotell, cigaret smoke from a neighbouring room or appartment came in through the walls of my room.

    Excellent contemporary hotel Decor very modern & clean Staff very helpful and spoke perfect English Good continental breakfast

    On edge of red-light district - never felt threatening but young children or prudes may be offended.

    "The hotel was nice, the service ok, and the room was as mentioned, lovely furnished. But as the lack of air in the room made it absolutely necessary to leave the top windows open at night, the noise outside the hotel from prostitutes and drug dealers was really disturbing. We were repeatedly woken up from our sleep. In a street full of hotels we wondered why this obvious problem was not addressed by some means. " (108025032)

    The room and hotel was lovely furnished, and the bed was great (matress, duvet and pillows). The backyard was very nice. Plus, everything was clean.

    The room had no ventilation other than the two small windows that would open and the small vent in the bathroom. The room had not been aired out before our arrival, and was extremely stuffy our entire stay. We opened the top windows with the security bolt attached before going out, only to find that they had been closed by the maid when we got back. The room was again very stuffy.

    Central location, friendly, efficient staff, general 'quality' feeling and attention to detail.

    Surcharge for use of foreign issued cards, however this was clearly stated at time of check in. Room perhaps a little smaller than average, though for us a non-issue.

    Clean, comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast.

    I was charged £20 for using a debit card to pay for my accommodation.
