    Convenient location, and after requesting a quiet room, I was provided with the room I had initially booked (i.e. quiet).

    Being sent to a noisey room first and having to move all my stuff. A bit annoying. Very limited breakfast for a non-wheat eating person like myself.

    The room was clean and spacious.

    Both the bath and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Also, when we had just checked in someon came to check our mini bar but they entered the room immediately after knocking, we did not have time to respond and then they were not at all apologetic for having interupted us, even though it was an inconvenient time.

    The accommodation was spacious and had seperate shower and bath, also the toilet was in a seperate toom. The settee was comfortable. Being able to have a late checkout was great. Having a car park was also a bonus.

    The reserved seating area in the bar was not clearly marked, so we had to move.

    Room was a good size. Adequate supplies for tea making. Television services were OK

    The designer of the room needs to be taken out and shot!!! Why oh why was the room designed so that toilet facilities are separate from the bathroom with no hand washing facilities in the toilet itself. This is mad design and makes for more disturbance if a comfort break is required in the middle of the night. Also I did not like the "open plan" wardrobe. For the price that I paid I would have expected a lot more "comfort"

    A warm welcome

    Rennovations being carried out that we were not aware of. The shower door screen leaked, which is not a problem for a one night stay but it would be annoying if staying for any longer as you had to use the towels to mop the bathroom floor

    this trip was good in terms of service, but previously when I had a slight complaint it was very poorly dealt with and took up more time in the morning when I checked out as it had not been logged, so II had to explain problem again, they did not offer any discount on my bill until I requested it and it was really rather minimal bearing in mind the inconvienience.

    Room was excellent - quiet and clean. Bathroom very high standard.

    More tea / coffee facilities and breakfast thrown in! The directions given on the internet from the tube station could have been clearer.

    Shower leaked from around the shower head. Only three sachets of milk so not enough for coffee in evening and tea in the morning!

    Hotel room was all we could have wanted, great location (loved the borough market) rooms clean, comfortable and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful.

    Shower temperature was luke warm on both mornings

    Good quality and selection of food & juices at breakfast. Effective hair dryer provided in room. Curtains in room worked well at keeping the light out.

    Room temperature control did not seem effective & was quite noisy.

    "I really liked this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, confortable and modern. Having a car park at the back of the hotel was useful. Double glazing kept the noise out and the aircon/heating controls worked fine. Staff at Reception were very pleasant and helfpul. I would not have been able to afford this hotel at full price but for the money I paid it was a bargain. definitely recommended and would stay there again." (99238933)

    The decor was smart and modern. The bathroom was beautiful. Reception desk was very helpful and pleasant. Room was quiet. Entire hotel was smart and high quality.

    There was a speaker in the bathroom and I was worried that the sound from the TV was too loud for the room next door.

    Very clean and comfortable hotel and room. Close proximity to South Bank, which was the purpose of our visit to London.

    If the hotel provides a small fridge as a minibar I would expect that fridge to actually be switched on. As the fridge was screwed into place it was impossible to reach beside it and turn the plug switch on. It seems a shame for an otherwise excellent hotel to provide 'cold' drinks in what was effectively a cupboard with a window in it.

    "This was a great hotel to stay in for exploring the city. We booked in because we were seeing friends on the saturday night but took the opportunity to spend the rest of the weekend in London - the hotel was a great base. Plus, there was easy, and relatively cheap, car parking for a 24 hr period - excellent value for money." (99249903)

    I thought that every need was catered for whether as a family or a young couple and the staff were friendly and professional. Any requests that were made were dealt with efficiently and professionally. The food, room, and facilities within the room were of the utmost standard and fabulous quality for the amount charged for the room.
