    Mauvais accueil de la femme à la réception : aucun sourire et très peu aimable. Par contre, accueil sympathique du veilleur de nuit et de la jeune fille des petits déjeuners. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans les chambres.

    friendly staff, really nice pool, comfortable rooms. really nice breakfast too. ideal if your a family rugby leauge fans looking for a night or two to support your team while away against the Cats!!!

    the man who checked us in was very rude and disrespectful.He put us in a crappy one bed room,when he knew we wanted two beds.He acted as if he might be the manager and if he is the hotels demise is inevitable.I wish i could remember his name, but i cant.I know he had his boyfriends around who also participated in disrespecting my son and i.He should be fired!

    the room was nice and i enjoyed using the outdoor pool, as the christina is the only hotel in centre-ville perpignan with a pool.

    the staff was friendly, but their english was limited.however i dont want to complain. they did try with some success to communicate in english with me. i understood that i was coming to a city where french is the majority language, with some catalan, spanish, and algerien arabic spoken. perpignan is a lovely medium sized city.

    "4th time staying at this hotel when watching St Helens play in Pepignan (an easy 30 minute walk to Stade Gilbert Brutus). Fairly basic facilities and adequate breakfast. Good value for money when booked at discount through Active Hotels. " (107534745)

    Convenient location for both Pepignan centre and Catalans Dragons stadium. Very clean. Extremely helpful multilingual staff.

    No shower screen or curtain in the bathroom, so water goes everywhere.

    Reasonably well situated. Friendly reception staff. Good clean room and bathroom and cleaning service.

    The room was not ready on arrival and we had to wait. There was no restaurant facilities for lunch. There is a pool but minuscule, don't know how they managed the picture in their web page. There are no safe in the rooms which I think these days is esential, in particular in a three star hotel.TV only plane channels in french.

    Our room carpet was soaking wet due to a swimming pool leak the week previous.We were offered a scented candle to mask the musty odour.They even had the cheek to(attempt)charge full price.

    Location - within walking distance of the town centre. Quiet off the main road next to a park. Lock up garage (although charge for). Staff friendly and spoke some English and as we spoke a little French it was OK.

    Although the room was basic it was clean but the shower holder was broken and so couldn't use properly. No English speaking TV programmes.

    The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for our purpose.

    "Over all the hotel was adequate for what i needed it for which was a bed for the night.Like stated earlier,a 5pm check in time is way to late,most of the day had gone.The bathroom needs either a shower curtain or a partition when taking a shower because as you can imagine,water goes everywhere without one.The hotel was 10 minutes walk form the Town Centre which was good and is in a nice peaceful area.It has a pool area and a bar which i never had time to see but talking to other people,both areas of the hotel was nice" (99645294)

    Easy access and private secure parking (at minimal xost). Goog location with easy access to main of perpignan. Good clean rooms good breakfast (at additional but minimal cost)

    "The hotel is quite small an cosy and is definitely close enough for the town centre. The walk to the centre is nice through the park but this wasn't open much so you have to walk round. Can't comment on the roof top terrace as this wasn't open during our stay. Rooms are clean and roomy although no shower curtain made showering quite messy!!!     building work was still being carried out so scaffolding still up and rooftop terrace and swimming pool not available (didn't affect our stay much though because we didn't have much spare time for swimming etc and although scaffolding was up, we didn't see/hear any actual building work going on!)

    "I was happy with the stay. The accomadation met our needs and there was no pressure to leave the rooms fro cleaning etc. I would have like tea and coffee facilities in the room but overall a good stay." (99185503)

    The room was clean and roomy. Despite being on the front of the hotel on the third floor and near the lift, it was quiet and our sleep was undisturbed and restfull. The restauraunt facilites and foyer were pleasant and airy. Very nice overall.

    It was disappointing the pool and sauna facilities weren't open but that was due to maintenance and refurb. They should have programmed that better though.

    The room was fairly basic but clean and serviceable.

    The airconditioning only worked on heating the room up. The cooling system did not seem to work. As it was not very hot this did not matter much but would be different in hot weather

    "A very nice and friendly hotel - clean and welcoming - situated along side of a park and valley of tree's - close to most amenities. Our visit was for four days during February for a rugby league match between Catalans Dragons v Leeds Rhinos and found the town centre shops were closed and very quiet with limited bars or coffee houses open I put this down to the fact it was out of season.     The Hotel was clean, the room was nicley appointed.

    Staff seemed pre-occupied with other things when they were dealing with you. Temperature in room was too hot during the night and was not controllable. Breakfast was too expensive. Hotel was secluded, you had to travel between area in darkness between the Hotel and the town, The Hotel was near a park which was locked during the night.

    "I would have like to have known that the restuarant wasn't open every day. Whilst the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town the description did say it was in the centre which would have made it easier for restuarants for people (such as myself) with walking difficulties, as the parking was scarce."     The staff were friendly and helpful. Room basic but clean.

    The hotel restuarant was closed at the weekend, and no restuarants close by. Lots of restuarants closed on Sunday. There were no facilities for tea/coffee in room. No local information in room or list of hotel facilities.
