    Was quick and easy to check-in, excellent value for money with close access to the welcome break for food and a perfect distance from the airport - without being noisy!

    No telephone in the room and I would have liked to order a wake-up call as my mobile battery was low. Batteries in remote control needed replacing but nothing major.

    Nice to have family room. Holiday Inn Express can't take 3 children & 2 adults in room. Reception staff very efficient in finding cot etc.

    No instructions in room on using TV as alarm. No phone for reception alarm. Had to get to airport to check in at 4am so needed to wake at 3am as had 3 children to get ready. No specific bedding for cot could be found.

    There were more facilities available than I needed for my very short stay.

    I couldn't operate the television.

    Clean & comfortable room. Covenient & reasonably priced shuttle service to Stansted Airport. The shuttle service provides the best option for a train to London via Stansted Airport railway station.

    "I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an easy check in with an early flight in the morning. The driver was there waiting for us. " (108123777)

    Large room. Friendly staff. Close to airport. Free shuttle from airport. Comfortable bed.

    The only bad point was that it was freshly painted and really, really smelled. We even changed rooms once hoping that it was better.... No A/C but, we knew this going into it.

    good value for money,clean and comfortable room

    was told on check in I had to pay a deposit for dogs which i had not been told of previously and had never had to do at any other days inn.There was a lot of noise from room above so couldn't get to sleep.only 1 pillow each provided

    i could not clean my laundry any where, we had a long stay there, is was importent to me. no where the kids could play.
