    "Okay for a single night's stay." (108739381)

    Free Parking. Very close to local train/underground station, (easy access to Wembley Stadium).

    English Breakfast was small and not worth the extra price. Satellite wasn't working so couldn't watch the telly. Twin room was small and bathroom was scruffy.

    Exactly what we wanted for a one night stay near to wembley, staff were helpfuland room was clean and comfortable

    Staff despite sneezing over everybody due to having a cold did their job, but was'nt friendly and did'nt seem that bothered. - maybe due to feeling unwell ?

    Great room, hotel clean and smart. Staff as a whole excellent.

    I paid online when i booked several weeks before. When i checked in the receptionist asked for payment because she said it was owing. I did this although i explained i had already paid, knowing i could check with my bank later in the day. The following morning i spoke to the manager and he could see straight away that it was a mistake and that i had already paid, he then refunded me the money.

    "We needed somewhere to sleep the night for a theatre visit. We booked a family room for 3 adults. The beds were comfy, the room clean and the continental breakfast just the ticket. It is right by the rail line into London, so perfect for sightseeing, albeit it 30 mins from town, but this is reflected in the v reasonable price. Excellent value for money and easy access from the A40" (108324135)

    Staff courteous, hotel right by rail link to London, Clean cheerful decor. Price excellent bearing in mind what some London hotels can charge.

    "Once i had a clean room all was a1 perfect, just a shame the incident with the room had happened,before the incident with my 1st room had happened i had asked if i could check out at 12 and was told there was a charge per hour after 11, it would have been nice for the reception to have offered this to me free of charge after the event as the hotel was not busy as i could see as only one other couple checked out at 11 and sure sunday was not a busier intake day etc" (107881658)

    Very nice hotel, nice and clean overall.

    My room given to me 1st was in a right state as had not been cleaned. Can't believe some people would leave a room like that with sick all in the sink etc but sure it was just a clerical error in not having it cleaned before i checked in (at 12.30pm)

    Staff friendly

    Room very small, bed not very comfortable, heating noisy. Location on the rough side. Missed the little touches, like saucers with the cups, shoe cleaning kit, trouser press, iron. Website mentioned we had sky tv - failed to mention it was only for available an extra charge For £89 per room would expect a cooked breakfast to be included.

    A very quiet hotel, good food, nice atmosphere and close to the station. Bedroom and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good.

    The only criticism i would make is the limited tables if everyone arrives for breakfast at the same time.

    Staff very helpful and friendly, needed to ask about the public transport and they knew everything i needed to ask them!

    Only bad point was that there may be more sugar and milk with the tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this was far from a problem as staff were very quick to find me some more when i asked about it.

    Very clean and helpful staff. Great value for money and easy to travel the underground from hotel.

    Noise coming from what sounded like the boiler at night. I was tired so it did not effect me sleeping.

    "Overall the hotel ticked all the boxes for a couple of nights stay whilst visiting friends, I can't praise the staff enough, they were all friendly & helpful." (107108297)

    The hotel was modern & clean & the staff were all very friendly & helpful. The bar area & the restaurant were clean & welcoming.

    I didn't like the large screen television in the bar which played sky sports continually, although if we sat round the corner we weren't bothered by it.

    Hotel very welcoming and staff attentive. Hotel has it's own bar and restaurant, again staff attentive.

    Restaurant has two dinner menus - Italian and Indian. Lots of choice but I found the service painfully slow even though it was a quiet weekend.

    Pleasant and convenient hotel. South Rislip tube station is virtually next door. Therefore you can be in central London in 30 minutes.

    "All in all a good value hotel for it's easy access to central London and Wembley Stadium. Yes, there is some noise from the train/underground station next door, but you can't have excellent access to the capital with no noise! I would definately stay here again when visiting London."     Excellent base for attending Foo Fighters gig at Wembley Stadium and London! Good buffet continental breakfast with good avalibility times (Mon-Fri until 9.30am, Sat-Sun until 10am... I think). Room was clean including the bathroom, however we requested a non-smoking room, which ours was not. We had problems getting the safe to work, however a member of staff had sorted the issue within a few minutes.

    Bed not very comfortable and duvet not big enough for bed. I booked a non-smoking room on the internet, but when we arrived we had a smoking room. Although the booking confirmation says they cannot guarantee this request, the room smelt strongly of tabacco and there was an ashtray.

    Friendly staff, clean room,

    The room had a slight smell of smoke when we first entered, and Saturday morning people had definately been smoking in the hallways as there were ashtrays with cigarette butts in along the hallway. Also the kettle in the room didn't work.

    The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and gave us good advice about travelling to our event. The continental breakfast had more choice than I was expecting.

    I have no bad points to make about the hotel only the booking. Although I booked 3 months in advance, the hotel had no record of it which took alot of sorting out. The hotel staff dealt with this well.

    Staff were very efficient and accomodating

    Housekeeping were mean with the bath towels - obvious there were two people in the room and kept gettng left with one bath towel. be warned the cooked breakfast costs vary from day to day depending on the day of the week!

    furniture broken in the room, asked for a fold up bed never arrrived asked to be moved to a better room and then charged extra, being told by front office staff if we had booked direct with them we would have got it cheaper, breakfast staff as happy as could be working for a company like that can certainly understand, some staff of the asian appearance eating with the guests and to busy with the grooming of them selves than assisting guests

    All common areas were spotessly clean and staff on the front desk were flexible and accomodating.Continental breakfast was included in price with a good amount of choice and service was prompt.Good clean bathroom.

    Some of the wooden furnishings in rooms are looking tired, although soft furnishings, curtains, bed covers etc. were more modern and well cared for. Also, although I turned heating off in my room it was still very warm.

    "Great positioning close to the underground and very little noise from the trains. Very clean bathroom facilites and the room was clean. Good value for money. Adequate breakfast - fresh fruit and organic yoghurt (excellent choice of brand as no colourings or preservatives are added)everything very fresh and helpful breakfast staff.
