    "I thought the hotel was of a very good standard. Staff were helpful when needed. The hotel was not central to Belfast which I wanted but for someone without a car public transport was not available and therefore a taxi would necessary. " (108428278)

    All aspects of the stay were very good.

    There was no advice given at check in in relation to the facilities of the hotel and where to find them. i.e. where the pool was or the restaurant facilities apart from breakfast.

    Very clean & brigth open spaces

    Very poor sinage for disabled parking & should have one way route to main entrance much more clearly marked. At on point when observed from veranda it looked lige dodgem cars as people going all sorts of ways Incorrect name inhotel computer (correct on your booking e-mail) though told, this was not amended on key card or other places. Meal was chicken with wild mushroom sauce which I am unable to tolerate, asked for one without this sauce, whole chicked fillet with no alternative was very, very dry.

    "We have stayed in this hotel on two previous occasions and were very pleased with the hotel.Again this visit we found the front desk staff, the bar staff, the housekeeping staff and the night bar staff to be very courteous and helpful at all times.     check in confusing as I had to enter a pin number for a credit card transaction for the full rack rate on arrival which i was assured would not be activated and then pay the active hotels rate with credit card on departure. Shower was over bath, not a shower cubicle

    Great selection at breakfast buffet. Great Indian restaurant next door. Didn't get to try the Leisure Centre

    queues for breakfast when everybody arrives at the last minute, which can't really be avoided

    clean and friendly

    power went off approx 0130 and called reception they could do nothing till morning therefore I had to try and read with a torch. the power resumed at 0900 which I could not get a shower till this time. There was a very lot of noise throught the night in the corridor which resulted in a very poor nights sleep.

    "Although this was a clean hotel and the food was quite nice - at £119- £139 per night for bed only - the service was somewhat lacking. There is no hair dryer in the room - even smaller cheaper hotels have hair dryers in the room. The reception staff were not very friendly, no directions for the restaurant, bar or other facilities given to me etc.. - and after I found that the electricity was not working in my room - I was asked if I could just use the room with one lamp?? and they would sort it out in the morning. Another room was found for me - a smoking room - (when I don't smoke). The hotel was ok - but not real value for money." (97442583)

    "The location is about 3 miles from the city centre on the city's ring road which is handy for access and if you don't need to go in to town for your business but near enough if you do want to. There is an Indian resurant adjacent to the hotel, same grounds, and the food there was very good." (99934327)

    The hotel room was very spacious with a big double bed. Decor was nice good feeling of space to the hotel.

    I found the staff could have been a little more friendly

    Location, size of room and overall interiors

    "Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy access in a good location. Bright and cheerful building in good repair and decorative order. Nice quiet rooms. Bit of a work-up going for a swim. Spent as much time in form filling as in swimming although I do appreciate that the leisure complex is separate from the hotel." (99454264)

    Roomy, clean, comfortable bed, well equipped. Warm and friendly atmosphere in the bar both from staff and patrons.

    No trouser press. (Men do not particularly take to ironing their trousers)

    "I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Hotel and would certainly book again when travelling to Belfast.The cooks,waiters,waiteress managers in the dinning area were excellent.The food was perfect.The receptionists on arrival were very nice and helpful,but I felt that after paying my bill they were in a hurry to know when we would be leaving the room."     The Hotel is in a quiet but conventient location to the town,the service was extremly good,the food excellent.

    There was no hairdryer in the room,although it was a very nice room it was a little cold.

    Room size. Food and drink in bar. Location.Non smoking rooms

    The thermostat in room 140 was not working so that the air conditioning would only blow cold air therefore I had to switch it off completely and allow the room to warm up from the rest of the hotel and by filling the bath with very hot water!!

    Large clean room. Huge comfortable bed.Good choice of dining. Helpful staff.

    Wasn't the hotels fault, but the pool was out of srevice. This had been one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, and we felt it could have been sorted sooner.

    reasonably priced, friendly staff and helpful where they were able;

    having to fill in a long form before going for a swim, which put me off twice in the last year. Also, getting a snack between 10 am and 12 took 30 mins.
